Placed my first order
Placed my first order, received some of the order, then got the rest 4 days later, which was late in the first place, placed a second order, some parts missing which again was late , still waiting on the other parts of the second order, it’s keeps getting delayed, have asked for a letter for a complaint, still not had an answer from company, on WhatsApp message have done the same , no response to my complaint, have spent over £3000 thousand pounds with this company, the worst service in the world, Please don’t use this company

We sincerely apologise for the delays you have experienced with your orders. You are correct that some parts were missing from your initial deliveries, these were items we do not hold in regular stock and therefore had to be specially ordered. Unfortunately, due to supplier closures over the summer period, this process has taken longer than usual. We have informed you of the delays along the way when we received word on them.
We can confirm that the outstanding parts have now been received from our supplier and will be dispatched to you within this week. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are committed to ensuring you receive your complete order as soon as possible.

Have had a MVHR go faulty and cant get thru to anybody on the contact number which ever option you choose aways tells you to speak to them by whats app.
Tried this also and just over 1 hour and still waiting for a reply very poor customer service indeed.
