Good service and product - slight delay in delivery but they communicated well.

Very happy with the product. So much quieter than my previous extractor fan!

Customer service, very detailed help every step of the way. From order to delivery to install to post install.

I knew i wanted some ventilation, just not what i wanted/needed exactly.
Having the ability to whatsapp and get some good advice really helped.
Also, I missed a digit of the postcode from the delivery address.
I think a combination of me requesting i pickup locally (ish), plus a chat with Ventilation land, resulted in delivery to my home address. Result.
Would defo recommend Ventilation Land.
Oh and did I mention, there prices are great (not sure why shipping from Netherlands makes it cheaper, but I'm not grumbling)

Lack of refund and communication

I have ordered an item which arrived in more than 5 days. Since it was too late, we needed to go around to find it in a local shop.

Once we received the parcel, it was also damaged.

I have contacted them multiple times; no reply at all!

Cannot recommend!

When my order was delivered they requested import charges to be paid. I refused the delivery and they said they would sort out the charges and get it redelivered. A week later and after much chasing we still havent received our order. Customer Service doesnt seem to care and ignores messages. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Bought a VentAxia MEV from them, it’s a Euro spec and Euro plug unit but works just fine, order arrived 4 days after order shipped from NL, everything is fine and the item is a lot cheaper than buying an almost identical one in the UK.

Ordered off you again for the second time. Very pleased yet again with the service and quick delivery.
First class service.

Useless Useless Useless!!!

Made one smaller order with these guys. Said they had sent but arrived late at a neighbour's farm, had to arrange my own shipping from there. This eventually arrived after 2 weeks, not the stated 3 days. Product was fine.
Had made a larger too, this is where it dot really bad.

REALLY REALLY Bad!!!

After 10 days noted that the order was not dispatched. After numerous attempts I managed to get hold of them and they advised that although all of the items were shown in stock, one was not. And therefore they would not dispatch for a further 6 weeks............ What happened to 3 days????

Bearing in mind I had about approx 150 items on the order and wanted them all immediately I suggested that they sent the other 149. Eventually they agreed and said I would receive shortly. From this point on communications got worse/ceased.

Items didn't arrive, failed to get a response from them. This went on and on. Eventually I had a call from the haulier saying they had a delivery but they couldn't deliver for various reasons. Driver,sickness, vehicle etc. Haulier called and cancelled 3 times.

EVENTUALLY after over 4 weeks some items did arrive. Haulier again delivered to the wrong location, not my house. AND unloaded and left in a thunderstorm OUTSIDE!!! So by the time I found them the cardboard packaging was soaking and falling apart. One box exploded from the pressure of the expanding insulated pipe inside. I tried to contact to complain / have collected and replaced. Again, No Response.

So, I checked some of the items on the pallet. It transpired that some of the items they listed sent were missing anyway and some were the wrong item. One of the items I subsequently discovered was mislabeled on the website as they didn't even understand their own product!!!! Real JOKE these people.

So Here I am a month later not knowing what is going on. Have a bundle of wet bits and pieces falling out of their packaging. Some I need , some I do not, Some are soaked, some are missing and some they have described incorrectly on their website and are unsuitable.

I Tried to Call, no answer. Ventilationland Failed to respond to my emails. Failed to Respond /communicate so many times it was annoying. Tried Webchat, waste of time too. Tried the What'sap, very limited response and it was clear that when they were not going to or unable to rectify their failures they ignored me on this too.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Delivery and communication were fine. My Vent-Axia Mev will not connect via bluetooth and I'm waiting for a warranty claim to be sorted.

Ordered two ventaxia cowls. Order didn’t turn up. Can only contact via email or WhatsApp. Eventually got a response on WhatsApp saying it had got delay in DPD system but the good news was it had now been processed and I have it in the ‘next few days’ .
I asked for more specifics and was told Monday/Tuesday the following week. It’s now Tuesday (9 working days later) and nothing has turned up. No response since from ventilationland or DPD.
Utterly frustrating and disgraceful customer service. If you try to call them the answering service tells you to email or chat. The live chat is always offline.
My client is getting impatient and I’m now delayed in finished the bathroom jobs for them.
Avoid this company at all costs.
If they redeem themselves I will update this review.
