Wrong itiem delivered, ordered pvc penetrations and rubber ones arrived. Emailed no reply, called phone went dead. Not happy as theses are for a pvc roof so now going to cost me more unfortunately. The items i received took about a month to arrive.

Absolutely terrible service and one of the worst customer experiences we have had.

We placed an order and waited for around one month, but the product was never delivered. Eventually, we had no choice but to cancel the order and request a refund.

Unfortunately, the situation became even worse after that. We have now been waiting for approximately six weeks just to receive our own money back, and the refund is still unresolved.

Taking payment is apparently very quick, but delivering the product or returning the customer’s money seems to be a completely different story.

The lack of communication, responsibility and basic customer service has been extremely disappointing. No customer should have to chase a company for weeks for a product that never arrived and then spend another month and a half chasing a refund.

Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.

I ordered a condenser cover more than 3 months ago expecting delivery within 2-4 weeks. I was constantly told of delays. I couldn’t speak to anyone and there has been a complete lack of communication. I cancelled this order on 9th July and am still waiting for a refund. DO NOT deal with this company they are complete shysters.

Have return the items that unfortunately was wrongly advised by their end. Their technical team has 0 knowledge of certain products they sell.
Very difficult to get answers or get through to anyone, very very poor customer service.

Purchased a A2A cover after waiting months of no delivery, now I get a back order email every couple of days pushing the delivery date back. I had no option to call, tried the chat with us with no reply. Emailed via the email they quote to email with no reply.

Very very poor service and still without the product after waiting many months.

Ordered three items, only two have arrived. You can only message on WhatsApp, which they stopped replying to after I told them there was a missing item and email, which they haven't replied to either
there customer service is terrible. I would honestly avoid them at all costs.

Support only via email or WhatsApp. Product questions met with inaccurate replies, recommended the most expensive product option, AND having ignored this wrong adivce and placed my order for in stock, receive an email advising not available for 6 weeks.
This is not a UK based company, it's Dutch owned.
I regret not checking the other reviews. Enough said

Prompt delivery of item and as described - perfect for our bathroom refurbishment.

I have had a frustrating 3 months trying to get my Itho MVHR fixed and its still not resolved. The unit is only 2 year old The company don't recognise that communication is huge part of customer satisfaction. I have no confidence that I'll get my unit back nor any confidence if it does come back that it will work.

As many others have stated, my order was showing as all items in stock for 3 day delivery. After the initial confirmation email on the 8th of July, there has been no further communication and all customer service channels are ignored. I have no idea what's going on for a rather expensive order, with no way to contact them.

Completely unacceptable way to run a business.

Sometimes they deliver OTIF, but if they don't, good luck getting hold of anyone. No direct contact number. WhatsApp isn't checked. Emails go unanswered. Prices are competitive, but the company clearly has no regard for smaller customers and isn't bothered about fulfilling smaller value orders. Very frustrating if you're waiting on components to complete a job. Will not be using them again. Packaging of goods has also been questionable, with some spiral ducts becoming damaged in transport. Buyers beware.

Do not order from this company as I did big mistake ordered something told it was gonna be 2 to 3 days then receive an email to tell me it’s thing gonna be two months cancelled the order still waiting for my refund. No one’s answering the phone no one‘s replying to the emails.

Agree with all other reviews regarding customer service which is extremely poor to say the least… ordered items on 23rd June and they were never received. After several emails to the company ( they do not accept telephone calls) I was eventually advised the items had been returned by the courier.
I requested a refund and customer service remained unresponsive. I tried to cancel the order but was advised I needed to wait for the items to be delivered and then return them. I then received another email advising they have received my return (which I never actually made) and they need to check the items prior to issuing a refund within 14 days! Honestly, unbelievable- right hand / left hand.
I would avoid this company at all costs and someone genuinely needs to review how they treat customers and how it is acceptable to keep almost £400 of my money for over a month without actually delivering any product. Perhaps an apology in these situations would be nice!

Extremely poor experience with Ventilationland.

The item was shown as in stock when I ordered, with delivery expected within three days. That did not happen. I was then told delivery would be in July, but I have now received an email saying delivery will not be until October.

I emailed in July to cancel the order and request a refund, but received no acknowledgement. Customer service has been practically non-existent, and it appears the company has removed or abandoned its telephone support, leaving customers with no meaningful way to resolve issues.

Taking payment for an item shown as available, failing to deliver it, pushing the delivery date back by months, and then ignoring a cancellation request is unacceptable. I would not order from Ventilationland again and would strongly advise others to avoid them.

I placed an order with Ventilationland on 30th June 2026 — every item showed as in stock, with the advertised 3–5 working day delivery. It's now 8 days later and nothing has arrived. No dispatch confirmation, no delay notice, no tracking. Nothing.
Worse than the late delivery is the total unresponsiveness. I've tried email, the website contact form, WhatsApp, Phone and live chat over several days and haven't received a single reply through any channel. For a company that promotes how reachable it is, being ignored across four channels after they've taken payment for a significant order is alarming.

Zero communication from Ventilationland.
I ordered last week and all of my items were marked as in stock so I was expecting delivery within 3-5days as advertised on their website.
As of yet, I have had no communication or updates from them.
I have tried to contact via email, web form, WhatsApp and live chat to no avail.
It would seem as though I may have been scammed, a very disappointing and concerning experience considering the value of goods ordered.
I will be contacting my bank in the hope that I can reverse the charges.
