Arrived withing a day, all safely and elegantly packed. Everything was there and quality of the finish was a very high standard. Price seems competitive. Will buy again from them certainly, as now plan to swap remaining light sockets etc to match these new ones.

The downlights are nice but the…
The downlights are nice but the connection box to connect the wires to is ridiculously undersized. The space between the terminals and the cable grip is tiny. Even with a 0.75mm twin and earth it was a struggle to get the cables in and forget about having the main cable clamped down the box will not close. So I've had to wire it improperly and clamp the smaller wires down instead which even then was a struggle.

The connection box is designed to accommodate standard wiring configurations, so it’s concerning to hear that you’ve struggled to successfully install the downlights. This isn’t the experience we’d expect, and we’d like to look into this further for you.

For £240 pounds this switch is of poor…
For £240 pounds this switch is of poor quality.
As an electeician of over 30 years this switch at its current price should be avoided.
Plastic backplate can be seen even when you fit front cover. (China quality)
Also the dimmer dials on front are cheap plastic and not metal
One of the dimmer knobs has fallen off already and ive had to re-glue back on.
If you buy this switch its not coming from fancy london, just some warehouse in the south west
DONT BUY!!!!
There are better alternitives on the market that are also cheaper

We would always welcome the opportunity to look into concerns like this directly, as in cases such as a loose dimmer knob, we can usually resolve this quickly with a replacement or further support.
Just to clarify, the plastic element visible behind the plate is an intentional gasket, designed as a moisture barrier to protect both the plate and the installation surface. That said, we completely understand how this may not have met your expectations from an aesthetic perspective.
As a brand, we are proudly based in the South West of England, with many of our products hand-built in Cornwall and finished by UK-based partners, something we place great value on.
The issues you’ve described around the finish and dimmer controls are not in keeping with the standard we aim to deliver, and we’d really like the opportunity to review this for you and put things right.
