Amazing communication and service
Hello, please note that I didn't yet use the product for which i paid for, I mean the rental apartment in Giudecca, but until now I'm very happy with the provided service. I communicated with Ms Eugenia, who clearly explained all the details about the available rentals, as well as rental terms, offered the best renting solutions tailored to my specific needs, patiently answered all my questions. late check in fee is not posted in the description
There is no clear information about the check in times and conditions, even after I sent an email with questions, there was no information about the late check in fee. I realized I have to pay another 30 euros for late check in after I booked the apartment.

Dear Anelia, if you have a look at our website, you can find the "Booking conditions" page, on the top right part of the screen, where we explain everything you need to know before booking, including check-in rules and cancellation policy. When you enter a reservation, you are asked if you agree with these terms, too. In any case, if you haven't read these conditions before booking and you don't accept to pay for a late check-in, you still have the chance to cancel your reservation. We are sorry for the misunderstanding
Venice Apartment
Our check in with Mr Alberto was very smooth. He was in communication and met us right on time. Apartment was located in a wonderful central location but very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and we slept great!

The review that matters will come after my stay at the apartment.... for now this one is just for the interaction via email/phone.
So far, the response from their website is just fine. I have reserved an apartment for the month of October 2022. Therefore, this is only a review of their response i've got. What seemed a bit confusing, the street address giving to me by email did not coincide with the property I am letting. I messaged them back and got an immediately phone call from Eugenia, and she clarified that, google maps do not work well in Venice and occasionally it sends you to a different location....

I confirm you that Google Maps is not 100% reliable in Venice, since there are many similar adresses and some minor streets that are not registered. For this reason, we provide our guests the precise GPS position when they arrive in Venice and personal assistance, so that they shouldn't get lost.
