Everything was perfect from start to finish! The managers were a pleasure to deal with, and the apartment itself was beautiful! The location was perfect!

Venice Apartments really helps clients
Venice Apartments really tries to help the client get the apartment they want. If it is not available they suggest alternatives. All the reviews praise the fast and personal attention to emailed questions, and I absolutely agree. I have booked for next year, then extended the booking, then booked an extra apartment ... all very fast and friendly.

Functional for a work trip
Flat is perfectly functional for a short business trip - but it is dark and depressing. There is no lounge area and only one desk in one room. Decor is dated and the shower was held up with tape.
It's also very small and very unlike the photos in the AirBnB ad. I know they manage 300+ properties like this, but they can make more of an effort to make it feel welcoming and homely.

gentile LDB, grazie per il tempo che hai dedicato alla recensione. Hai ragione: gli ospiti usciti il giorno del tuo arrivo avevano rotto il saliscendi della doccia, abbiamo ordinato il pezzo e lo abbiamo già sostituito.
Anche gestendo meno appartamenti non possiamo cambiare il piano dell'appartamento ed ottenere più luce e l'arredamento è stabilito dai proprietari di casa, non possiamo cambiare l'arredamento a nostro piacimento. infine, nelle foto, nella descrizione e nel video si vedono perfettamente gli ambienti.

Good morning!
I read the review you left and I am very surprised because in all the days you have been in Venice you have never told me about the problem of bites. Maybe you don't know that the Venetian lagoon is infested with mosquitoes and it is for this reason that we leave the vape (repellent) to plug into the electrical sockets in all the apartments.
I find your review highly defamatory and do not see any medical reports, therefore I will pass everything on to our lawyer so that we can defend our reputation!

We have been staying with the apartments managed by DolceVita for more than 3 years now and I must say, the apartments are beautiful, managed properly, accommodating and with reasonable prices.
