All was fine and very informative.

The location is superb, short stroll from Piazza St Marco and Rialto, close to vaporetto stops, shops and restaurants. Dealing with the managers was a pleasure. However the apartment itself is a lot to be desired. It is fairly run down and is in dire need of renovation, especially bathroom. The shower cabin was broken and the size was such that you can get in (if you are not particularly big), but there is little room left to wash yourself. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so getting a suitcase up there would be a struggle if Fabio didn't help us.

Having looked at what seems like hundreds of apartments on other websites, came across one on veniceapartmentsitaly.com with (for me) the perfect location...sitting at the side of and with views onto the Grand Canal. The website is easy to use, safe and secure and within minutes I had paid my deposit and reserved what I hope will be my dream apartment. Can't comment as yet on anything other than the booking process but if all other aspects of the holiday go as smoothly, I will be very happy 😀

We found our lovely vacation home in Venice on the website, the only place we saw it. Once we got the dates settled the apartment was ours. The process to secure the place was simple and quick.

Les vidéos des appartements sont un + très important.
Réponses rapides et agréables. Réservation rapide.
Le point négatif qui fait que je n'ai mis que 3 étoiles, ce sont les photos. Je regarde ce site depuis longtemps, et la qualité des photos ne change pas. Elles sont surexposées, et on ne se rend vraiment pas compte de la qualité de l'appartement.
Une autre petite critique : beaucoup d'informations, mais il manque une info importante, très souvent oubliée,et qui devrait être obligatoire : l'étage de l'appartement,y a-t-il un ascenseur ? Et d'une manière plus générale l'accessibilité.

A good website giving clear information about the apartments, showing the location and price from the outset and giving a floor plan. The booking process was straightforward, although I would have liked a confirmatory email as well as the pdf file which had to be downloaded.

the only problem I had was with the bank thinking was fraud but I suppose better to be safe.

We booked an apartment via the website and received the confirmation after payment as mentioned on the website. Unfortunately there happened to be a mistake in their calendar which lead to a double booking. So far, so good - I understand mistakes happen. Eugenia offered us some alternatives that all turned out to be way more expensive than the original booking, she didn't offer a discount. Due to the confirmation we already booked travels, outings, etc. which made it hard for us to go back to zero. I would have wished for more help, given it was not our fault. It always took long for her to answer and she couldn't help us out with another booking even though there was enough to choose from. Would not recommend to book on this site.

This place was super clean, beds were comfortable and fantastic laundry, kitchen, and bathroom facilities. This place fit all of the needs of our family of 6…bonus with air conditioning too! 3 teens, parents and a Grandpa. Rosanna was amazing and top notch. She gave us all the information we needed to know about the place so we could enjoy our stay. Ran us a clothing rack to dry our clothes and arranged for a taxi to and from the train station. This was so helpful as we didn’t anticipate storms and early morning traffic jams, and the chaos of navigating to and from our hotel. We had space in our suite, yet we just dropped right downstairs to the buzz of Venezia and mins away from St. Marco’s square. They should be proud of how well this place is run in such a busy floating city.
