Don´t use this company, it's the worse process I've ever been trough. I did everything that Goodlord asked me and I even had a guarantor. And in the end they kept my money after Ameer GARANTEED I would have a positive answer. So DON´T RENT ANYTHING WITH THEM

Be warned before you book a holiday in Venice Italy with info@veniceaparments .com. Especially at
Apartment Grand Canal Terrace .

Irrespective of the reasons coronavirus - death, storm, fire or flood they will not give you a full refund of your payment.

They might at their discretion give you a credit voucher for the future.

That is even when their travel shop is closed by Government, no flights allowed into Marco Polo and no tourists allowed into Italy.

So go for someone like AirNB that give complete refunds in such circumstances - that makes sense.

Hallo Vorsicht mit diesem Online-Anbieter von Apartments in Venedig.

Ich habe 02/2019 ein Apartment dort gebucht und eine Anzahlung mit paypal geleistet.

Ich habe keine Bestätigung meiner Buchung erhalten und die gebuchte Wohnung ist auch weiter als verfügbar auf dem Forum erschienen.

Auf meine mehrfachen Anfragen beim Anbieter habe ich keine Nachricht bekommen.

Ich habe dann paypal informiert und dank dem Käuferschutz meine Anzahlung zurückerhalten.

Eine weitere Erklärung habe ich nicht bekommen.

Ich bin froh , dass ich so mein Geld wieder bekommen habe.

Everything was super fine, I just didn't like the fact that the tax information only came by the mail after booking! this isn't cool. Also having the cancellation info better visible while booking is something I really like!

Wir hatten 2 appartements im Gritti-Palace. Die Lage ist wunderbar, in der Nähe vom Markusplatz aber ohne die Touristenmassen. Abends treffen sich einheimische auf dem Platz, die Kinder fahren Fahrrad und spielen Fußball, um dir Ecke gibt es ein wunderbares Frühstücks-Cafe. Es war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um Venedig mit Kind zu erobern. ABER: Unsere Toilette hat extrem (!)gestunken, so dass wir Tag und Nacht die Lüftung anlassen mussten. Und durch dieses Problem würde uns klar, dass es keinen echten Ansprechpartner gibt. Die Frau, die uns das Appartement gezeigt hat, ist telefonisch offenbar nur zu den Abholzeiten zu erreichen, dem maintenance-Service darf man am Wochenende nur eine SMS schreiben (oder eine Mail, aber leider funktionierte das WLAN nicht) und auf die SMS meldete sich dann auch wie befürchtet keiner. Wir waren nur ein Wochenende da, im anderen Appartement war alles ok, also haben wir das mitbenutzt.
Fazit: wenn alles funktioniert der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, es sollte aber besser kein Problem auftreten.

L'appartement n'est pas fonctionnel et vraiment pas propre du tout que ce soit les coussins qui avait une odeur de moisi, la vaisselle (j'ai trouvé un ver dedans) les sols n'étaient pas fait,les matelas avec des tâches de glaces et un des toilettes n'était pas nettoyé non vraiment déçu pour le prix propose cela avait été dit mais rien n'a été fait dans ce sens et payer une telle somme en espèces c'est vraiment de l'inconscience qui peut se balader avec une telle somme et avoir les moyens alors que les visa propose le débit différé et c'est dangereux d'avoir autant d'espèce sur soi non ce n'est vraiment pas pratique de ne pas avoir le TPE et nous faire payer 50€ de plus parce que nous arrivons après 20h c'est du vol en sachant que nous ne pouvions faire autrement puisque le vol avait du retard cela a été des vacances trop chères

Hello, we spent 3 days in Venice in this apartment (29.05-01.06). The location is very nice. 5 min. walk from watter bus (Ca'Doro). The apartment is on a ground floor with a face to a water chanel. In the night was very quiet! Everything looks like on the pictures.
What I didn't like is that the blanket were very dirty! Yes, there were fresh washed sheets but they didn't cover the blankets 100 % (only on one side) so the rest you can not only see but also feel (when ylou turn in the night)...
I would highly recommend to the owner to take a remark!
We had the bad luck that the dishwasher was not working... I don't know if this was only by chance.
In the end, the choice is yours.

nous avons choisi cet appartement pour le quartier dorsoduro mais la présentation nous laisse qq questions ouvertes (remise de clés, aspect extérieur .....)

Es ist völlig problemlos, ein Apartement zu wählen und zu buchen, die verschiedenen Sprachen sind sehr hilfreich.

Les points positifs :
- accueil très positif, dynamique, contact téléphonique dès l'arrivée à l'aéroport, indications de magasins ....
- quartier calme
- photos sur le site correspondant exactement à l'appartement
- juste à côté d'un arrêt vaporetto

Les points négatifs :
- l'annonce indique 1er étage or 2ème l'escalier un peu raide dans la deuxième partie,
- absence de cafetière pour 4 personnes
- non fonctionnement de la TV (signalement par texto) certainement dû à l'absence de décodeur
- absence de wifi (mais pas prévu dans l'annonce)

L'appartement est très bien situé à 5mn à pied du Rialto. L'aspect extérieur est typique (petite cour ravissante). Par contre on pourrait attendre pour ce prix (165€ par jour) un autre confort. Salle de bain minuscule, matériel de cuisine d'un autre âge, télé ne marchant pas... À améliorer
