Very efficient process for booking a lovely apartment in Venice

Easy process, with wide range of reasonably priced great apartments .

We return again and again to Venice, and in the last ten years ONLY using VeniceApartments, because of the accurate property descriptions, clean and high-quality rooms, and especially due to the personal care which all the staff take. Need a doctor? They will give tips. Need the best arrival route? They tell you ... and meet you at a nearby cafe to show you. My tip: always take a high floor, to reduce street noise (or canal smell).

I emailed VeniceApartmentsItaly.com with a query about one of the apartments and received a prompt response. I also liked the variety of apartments.

Looking forward, we have used this agency before and have had great success.

We are using this rental service for the 3rd time and are very happy about it. When in Venice, it is very important to have good base for exploring the city 🩵. Perfect communication and nice clean apartments

Elena was the most gracious host and was able to promptly check us in and took time to explain everything we needed to know about the apartment.
The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and served our needs perfectly.
The location is also perfect and convenient for getting to all the key shopping areas and access to water taxis.

This flat is easy to get to an located perfectly to visit Biennale - three big bedrooms (6 beds) and a well equiped Livingroom with kitchen.

Worst experience in all of my travelling history. They held my deposit for one month and then sent it back 7 days before I flew out. Eugenia offered entirely different apartments in another area of Venice. When asked, Eugenia stated that people were already staying in the apartment on the days I put a deposit down for. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

Special mention Eugenia, Fabio who helped to get the best and most relaxing Venice trip.
Earlier we booked a different apartment for 3 nights but due to some issue it was not possible to stay at that place, Eugenia communicated promptly and gave the another apartment (which was bigger and near to the center at the same price). As we were traveling with kids our Check assistant Fabio came to the Water boat station and took us to the apartment and even helped in carrying the luggage (a big thank you to him). Gave us all the necessary tips and information about Venice.

The apartment was clean and had all the essential needs. Everything was working perfectly fine, there was no place to complain.
I will recommend it to my friends and people.

Was working well, no problems. Responded on the spot, cant wait to see Venice.
