Everything was perfect from start to finish! The managers were a pleasure to deal with, and the apartment itself was beautiful! The location was perfect!

In our website, almost at the end of the page for each apartment there is a box with the prices per night per each season and all the details about cleaning, linen and so on, in any case we'll try to see if there is something more that we could specify. Great location for Bienale
Great location for Bienale. Especiialy for the kids with a park nearby.
It would be nice to upgrade the furniture (the shaking table, broken oven, the uncomfortable sofa for sleeping,...)

Fast, excellent, friendly, reliable service ... and great appartment.
In pre-corona times, four of us had a wonderful stay in an appartment with roof-top terrace looking towards San Giorgio Maggiore. Very clean, great views, exactly as advertised. I dont say which one because I hope to get it again ;-) Then last year we selected the same place, no problem to book 8 months in advance. But we had to recently cancel. There were ZERO problems to get a full refund of our deposit (transferred in 24 hours!) and the people were very friendly about it (which cannot be easy in the current situation). I completely recommend them and hope to rebook later in the year.
