J'attends depuis le 28 mars, date de signature du contrat, que l'annonce pour la location de mon appartement soit en ligne, les photos ayant été faites le 16 avril. Pas très pro !

Let me start by saying that the flat is clean and in the perfect location. It's an easy walk to the Earl's Court tube station and several markets and restaurants. The water pressure was amazing, and we always had hot showers.

I was pleased that the person to check us in was waiting for us when we arrived (we paid for early check-in). However, the folks back at the office failed to communicate with her on where our flat actually was. She was trying to use the keys to get in the main door of the apartment building, when in fact, we were the basement level with an external door directly accessible. We wasted 30 minutes trying to get in the main door.

There are a couple of things to keep in mind before you rent this flat. The people above us were very noisy, night and day. Like, all through the night. Also, the instructions for the flat referenced directions for how to use the washer and the microwave, but those instructions were no where to be seen. I could figure out the washer, but it would have been most helpful to know by some way other than trial and error which reservoir the detergent went in. The microwave we did eventually figure out, but wow, that took a hot minute.

Our last night there, the people upstairs were on a roll again, being very loud all through the night. Also, a leak started in the room my mom was staying in, and even though I sent an email immediately to the emergency email address, I still to this day have not received a response.

All in all, it's a great flat. But, if the people above us actually live there rather than being vacationers like us, I'd pass on staying here again.

Great experience with Veeve. Clear, responsive instructions and communications. House was beautiful and in great condition; it was clean and everything was in good order. Check-in process could not have been easier - my niece was met at the property on time, as scheduled. A smooth, easy process all round.

Everything was easy - check in, check out, even dealing with an accident we had.

The house was great. 4 bedrooms on one floor, kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining area, and outside patio on the entrance floor. There was also a bathroom on each floor, including an extra upper floor, so there was always space for everyone. All areas were ample, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was a washer and dryer, even though we did not use them. The location was convenient, close to the tube (Kew Gardens), the buses (on Kew Road) and the supermarket (3 minute walk). We knew the area, so for us the location was perfect, even if we went into London 4 of the 8 days we were there.

I didn't love all the documentation that was required to use a Veeve property, and it was a lot of emails and documents, but we received decent attention from the company, so in end, I think it was worth it.

Veeve customer service people were friendly, prompt, responsive and informative.

I have to say that I was a bit skeptical at first because there were a lot of requests for a lot of paperwork, forms, documents... But it helped making everything smooth when we had to check in. It was super-fast, so I'd say it was worth it.

Great area, great apartment, a lot of history

The property was lovely and in a good location. However, there was an issue with a leaking ceiling that resulted in water coming out of a light fitting and wetting the carpet below.
The items provided was somewhat lacking. Coffee machine was provided but no capsules.
However, the biggest issue was Veeve contact centre and the lack of support and assistance. The difficulty in getting an answer from Veeve that was not the standard scripted response was a challenge.

Excellent location, large and pleasant apartment, good linen quality but fans in bathrooms not working, water leaks black stain in the 3rd bedroom, curtains not working properly , wobbling dining table and heater way too low, we were cold

The apartment photos were very detailed and true to what we saw when we arrived. We were met promptly at both check in and check out. We were really looking for that authentic bohemian Parisian style and fully got that with this rental! It was just beautiful and gave us plenty of space for the whole family to recover from our very active days in the city.

The location was amazing, the train station, the tube and bus station were just across the street.The apartment was clean and with a great river view and balcony. It was also fully equipped and the check in and check out service was very smooth

Veeve were wonderful to communicate with. All my emails were responded to very quickly and professionally. I asked for an earlier check in which they accommodated last minute for us. We had some issues with the bed and pillows, Veeve help sort that out by giving us a new mattress topper and new pillows. Wonder experience. Thank you

The apartment itself was fantastic. Cozy interior, with plenty of space. Simply a good place to rest for tired tourist feet. The area is safe, quiet and pretty. Short distance to metro and restaurants. Serious host who was easy to communicate with. Always quick answers to questions.

The quality of the description and pictures of the apartment helped tremendously in making a wise choice for our rental. Veeve’s team is very responsive to any questions or requests. The rentals are professionally managed. Renting apartments of quality is getting harder and harder, I would not hesitate to rent an appartement managed by Veeve for a future vacation.

Communication throughout - from booking, arrival, and departure - was excellent. The accomodations were as described and quite wonderful. Being greeted on my arrival and given a quick tour of the property was definitely a plus.

The agency was a good contact, the booking and the on-site support were very pleasant. The flat was unfortunately a bit small and dark and quite worn in some areas. A renovation would be useful here.

Great communication and follow up, very professional.

Veeve were professional and easy to reach for our stay in an AirBnB. Excellent entry and they were accommodating when we had requests.
