Just arrived at our RANCID little hovel in 15 charlotte street brighton.payed owner £30 for parkimg permots that were not there!!!stepped over a drug addict on my way in,filthy entrance full of empty cider bottles!!disgusting smell,rancid unclean surfaces,damaged low cost laminate flooring,old food left in fridge,bedding hadn't been changed,toilet/shoer looked like drug addoct had just had his mornimg session!!
Owners are not answering Emails/calls or messages so unable to get a refund for stay or parkong permits!!!

Booked a lodge and paid in full on a Friday evening for the following week, only to get a message on Saturday to say they had overbooked and could not accommodate us.

Poor accommodations
Poor accommodations, are the cottages vetted, some basic items were missing, Tv control, grill handle, rubbish bags etc, the place was far from spotless and the electrical wiring was questionable
Following the reply from LastMinuteCottages, I have no idea how to contact the management that control the cottage, the only contact we had was the owner who lived abroad somewhere.

Hi .Do not be duped by going to Sea Ayr appartments they are nasty and hostile hosts and the place is so badly kept

You have a listing under Sea Ayr centre appartments .
I want to bring to your attention that this place is no where near the photos listed and is indeed a horrible place to stay , I recently had a stay there with my family and was like hell . The bathroom is full of mould and flooring is so badly laid .
Once I brought this to there attention they called me a drug addict and was very hostile .
I am making it my priorty to ket everyone know how badly treated we were and how bad condifon the place is in

My booking didn't go through and now have only 3 hours to sort it !

Booked 3 night accommodation
Booked 3 night accommodation, payment taken and now been told accommodation is unavailable. Explanation i got was that apparently the property should not have been shown as being available on their website, sorry for the inconvenience.
No other accommodation available due to it being a bank holiday weekend, now i have to break it to the kids that their holiday in cancelled.
Very disappointed parent !!!

Perfect pod for a weekend getaway
Just leaving this amazing little pod for our first weekend away in Cornwall it was perfect the atmosphere the veiws are beautiful the decoration of the pod is well done clean got everything you need would 100% come back and recommend as have had no problems or worries the whole stay thank you 😊
