The agent that pick up my call was Angelina George. She was very helpful and accommodatIng towards my query. I did tried to book a flight ticket online and it was declined for reason that seats where no longer available. Very grateful to Angelina who patiently took her time to find me an alternative one. Truly an asset to the company with an exemplary customer service. Thank you again and this won't be the last booking definitely. Highly recommendable 👍

I became worried when i read some other reviews on here but after speaking with Ethiopian Airlines they have confirmed my booking. Roger is honestly the best booking agent i’ve used to date - polite, attentive and happy to accommodate my requests. He even reserved my flights for 4 days for my new card to arrive! Top class service - will definitely use again in future.

Good prompt service tickets issued at advertised price

Lying pieces of shi* who advertise fake or sold out flights. They take your money and make you wait over 72 hours just to issue a confirmation e-ticket after taking you money.

If you get the e-ticket you are lucky!

Asking for a refund - they are clever bastar** as they don't actually reverse the charge to your bank account from the merchant so you will never get your refund! Instead they give you an internal message which is hopeless.

They only answer when they feel like - new customers and lol I experienced 2 sales agents, one doubling up as the manager.

FRAUD FRUAD / SCAM SCAM ALERT.

P.S All these positive reviews below are bogus, written in their favour. Always research the companies before using them if you have not used them or had recommendations. Unfortunately, I fell for the trap by seeking out the cheapest last minute deal!!

Bait and switch company! Please be wary of the poor reviews that you read as they are TRUE! Found the flights that we wanted but just to make sure, we called in the company, spoke to a lady who assured us that once we click 'book', we will have our confirmation within 24hrs. Lo and behold, we clicked and it declined. That was not the worst part. Within seconds an asian gentleman called us from the company to offer us another destination! He became intensely aggressive when we expressed very politely our disappointment. He said that they didn't have ANY flights to our destination. Upon asking him why they would advertise they did, he began shouting and refused to give his name. So UNPROFESSIONAL! This company definitely needs to invest in training their staff. I do hope the conversation was recorded for them to review. It was shocking in the manner he was speaking to us - to a point where my children who were in the same room actually heard him shouting! Disgusting. Don't be fooled by all the other positive reviews!

I have been very happy with VacationXpert. It is really easy dealing with them. I spoke to a guy called Gary once or twice and he foind me an affordable ticket for my Christmas holidays. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I don’t usually give reviews but the will be the beginning with the 5 star service I received from Roger for arranging our tickets to fuertventura . He went a mile to get exact one stop flight from London. I will definitely come again . Thank you Roger .

Worst experience with this company. On multiple occasions they advertised flights that were sold out. When I finally managed to book a flight after calling them. They took all my details card etc and told me it would be up to a week to get my E-Ticket. A week went by and no E-Ticket. They even sent me someone else's ticket by mistake. They then contacted me via WhatsApp to inform me the flight I had now booked had sold out and there were no seats, offering me a return flight 4 days later than the one I booked.

I read some very bad reviews about this company and was really hesitant to book through them. The price also seemed to good to be true. My agent was Phillip Walker and I explained how nervous I was about booking through this company. He kept re-assuring me all would be ok. Eventually, I took the chance and booked through this company. Phillip was a star and guided me through every step even though I am sure I said some words out of place. I got my tickets at a very good price.
