Trying to book flights using the Voucher we finally got issued from them after months of trying due to covid.
Not answering emails or phone calls.
Again do not fall prey to these scammers
Stay well clear

I have been trying to call this company due to being unable to fly for Covid reasons and have pretty much received the same poor response that others have received. At one point just cut me off. They now will not answer my calls or emails. I don’t even want a refund. Just to be able to rebook for next year.
If anyone wants to learn from this experience and from others too then please do not use this company. If anyone has any useful tips on getting this company to engage then please share

We booked flights to Havana, Cuba for July 2021 with Vacationxpert, to visit a family member who is sick. We were supposed to fly with Virgin but our flights were cancelled due to covid. I have called several times in an attempt to get my money back and I have been told that the airline are not giving out refunds to their customers. The frustrating part is that my sister booked the same flights as us via a different tavel agency and she is due to receive an cash refund from Virgin any day now. On top of that my brother booked to travel there in August flying with Virgin too, again via a diffent travel agenty and he has already received a full cash refund! So I am confused as to why Vactionxpert agents are telling me that it's the airline not wanting to give me my money back.

I understand that Covid is affecting your business but please understand that it has affected me too. I am currently not working and have 3 small children at home and really don't need this stress on top of everything. That £2500 would really come in handy right now as I go through this difficult time.

I am tired of my calls being ignored by the Vacationxpert team and when I do get through I get told that the agent dealing with my case is busy and will call me back, but never does. Very sad to say I will never be using a travel agent again. If I had booked with Virgin directly, I would not be in this mess.

I booked flights with vacationxpert.co.uk to travel last year July 2020. the holiday was for a family of 6 people so you can imagine how much it cost us....but due to covid 19 pandemic we couldn't travel so I contacted vacationxpert.co.uk and they re assured me that we can rebook within a year. Since then I have been trying to contact them to rebook again but they have been avoiding my calls and emails. No one gets back to me. So I decided to contact the airline direct with our previous reservations and they said they will be happy to rebook us. But guess what ???..... I was told by the airline that vacationxpert.co.uk requested the refund of our tickets and they got back all the Money on the 4th of Oct 2020..... Am not gonna let this go without a fight....they have to give me back my Money. And my friend if your there thinking of booking with them please save yourself from these scumers.

I have booked 4 tickets to Toronto flight was cancelled covid19 westjet is Refunding without any charges, my booking was via vactionexpert they are absolutely not helping call office is somewhere in india the guy's are using English names and don't have any answer about my questions related to Refund never again travel agency book directly by Airline/Bad Experience

If you want peace of mind do not use this company. I was scammed / miss sold a flight by this company. I paid for a ticket with only one stop over to my destination. When I received the eTicket details, my out going flight had 2 stop overs instead of the 1 I had requested. When I complained the service agent hung up on me. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

Dishonest and a big fake advertise !
Don’t buy from this company , the agente don’t help you at all . The prices are not true, plus the police from the company is horrible!

Absolute waste of time, several attempts to buy tickets and always the same. After a few minutes call and sorry but tickets not available!!!!

Very informative and honest service. They are really flexible in helping you book flight tickets no matter how long it takes.

I found a deal of london to cancun on JetCost - £446 - that redirected me to VacationExpert.co.uk.
I checked their trust pilot reviews which seem to suggest OK.
As i have had a bad experience with some agents I called them to verify the flight costs.
They very rudely told me the price I quoted was wrong and it should be £800+
When I tried to question the difference they stopped the call.
To me just another scammer and I wish I could give a rating of lower than 1.

I feel Jet Cost are also part of the issue.

VACATIONXPERT TRAVEL AGENCY ⚠️⚠️IS FAKE .❗️❗️❗️05/2 These people should be banned on the web it’s a SCAM I purchase my ticket which was £708 after finishing I got a message said declined,then someone rang and say that ticket is £1200 from £708 which was advertised on their website.The person who rang was aggressive after I I questioned him about their advertising cheap price. Very aggressive in his tone .I thing some views here are fake .

I tried to book a flight for my family after vacationxpert website came up on line with the cheapest flight to Asia. After submitting all my personal and bank details to purchase the flights, it immediately stated that my payment had been declined. Surprised by this, I rang vacationxpert immediately only to be told it wasn’t declined, but that the price of the flight tickets was now not available at the price shown, but would be £200 more than advertised, and also the price I saw did not include baggage (that was a lie because all long haul flights Have baggage included In their price). The penny then dropped with me as I then realised this was a scam to get customers hooked. I immediately contacted my bank and cancelled my bank card, which was added hassle I did not need!

A couple of hours later I had a call from someone at vacationxpert to ask if I still wanted to book flights for my family. I informed them I had booked with another company and did not need their help. I would also add that their positive reviews are false.

Beware of this so called company, they advertise false information, there are no such flights available. Will now always book with airlines direct.

They advertise cheaper flights to bait fish you in.
Over the last 24 hours I have tried to book 5 flights through vacation expert.
On all 5 occasions my booking has been cancelled/declined. Followed very quickly by a phone call from the sales team informing me the price/flight I have booked is no longer available. They make out they are really sorry and they have found you a very good deal to make up for the inconvenience, only the great deal they have is 300-400£ more expensive.
They have caused me stress and caused me to miss out on other companies flight offers, through other airlines.
If you can get a cheap deal with them and get the flight accepted good luck.

But all I am taking from them is that they advertise cheaper flights. Get your details. So they can call you. Make out you’ve been really unlucky and offer you a considerably more expensive flight.

Be careful!!

One positive I will say is they do always answer the phone. But when they do they don’t exactly help you. In my opinion if they offer you a flight price and let you make a booking that is the price you should get. One I brought this issue Up with three different advisors they were all extremely rude, talked over me and in the end didn’t resolve the issue.

I personally will never be using there service! Terrible coming practice from vacation expert.

In the middle of booking flights roger smith rang me which I thought odd as well as his asian name as roger smith sounded very asian. Alarm bells rang and I stopped my booking. Roger rang a further 2 times to say if I was worried he would buy the tickets and I could check with the airline "alarm bells" .never seen business like this keep clear I would say you would lose money . I booked direct for another £150 to be safer. Since I posted this Roger has since called to complain about this review yet again proving the point of this company being unprofessional. Roger reviews are for people to tell their experiences and opinion get used to it! Roger has now been blocked.

Vacationxpert was very helpful especially on very short notice just before Xmas with a very good price on a ticket to Cape Town. The agent even called me twice to help me find seats for all my family.
