The most unhelpful company ever dealt with. If you have a problem they will not pick up the phone to you. They will ignore all your emails. I have dealt with janet and Trevor now cannot get hold of anyone. My complaint is still ongoing!!!

Vacationxpert.co.uk are a scam and fraudulent company with their another online trade name FlightMover.co.uk , FlightMover.com and related company HolidayXpert Ltd. I had a miserable bad experiences with them. There were several fake/unconfirmed bookings made by taking money from me and none of the bookings related invoices were issued and none of the booking related payments have been refunded to me. Issue is still in progress, Payments are taken on multiple accounts involving linked companies. The persons involved from those companies are Deepak Kothari, Amit Yadav, Stanley, Roger. Please avoid this company. Not at all trustworthy.

DO NOT USE. Once they take your money, they don't want to know you or deal with any subsequent issues, even if they relate to serious unexpected ill health on medical grounds.

Please don't buy tickets from them. I've already reported my bank about their scam.
Hopefully I will get my money back.

I would advise everyone not to use this travel agency they don’t answer your calls and reply to emails or messages I’m struggling to contact these lot. Ive got 3 tickets which ive paid for but they are not even confirmed. Its been 2 weeks i cant get through to them as they dont answer calls. Their opening times are not real on websites their whole website is full of lies… i don’t have my tickets neither do i have my money. 😫😫

Roger is the best one for service and helping, we are went to US for the fly tickets Roger always answer the questions and answer the phone call on time , we are like and trust Mr Roger, we are still with Roger get our next trips fly tickets indeed.

Roger has been very professional, gave me genuine information and explained to me every steps for comfirmimg my tickets. I bought four tickets for my family and Roger gave me the reassurance and confidence booking my tickets. I will again call him in the future.

Everything was smooth and quick. Every step and cost was clear and I was guided through the balances that were needed after we were issued a voucher when we failed to travel in 2020 due to the pandemic. Thanks Roger.
