We received great and outstanding service from Vacationxpert with the help of one of their staff, Ryan Nicholas, without whose help and advice we would still be struggling to recoup our money from a couple of unscrupulous online travel agents and book our intented tickets for our christmas holiday.

Roger at Vacationxpert has been very helpful. I was not very happy with the communication of the other representatives as they did not explain their processes and were unfortunately misleading. I have been trawling through reviews about this business before proceeding with a (too good to be true) booking I saw on their website for a ridiculously cheap deal versus everything other travel site.

I decided not to proceed with them in the end as I couldn’t see that they were ATOL protected. I in fact called them to question this (secretly hoping they would give me good news) but they confirmed they are NOT ATOL protected meaning that if you buy a flight ticket through them, you are not covered.

Ultimately i have nothing bad to say as I didn’t use them nor did I have a bad experience however if you are like me and want a good deal, I’d recommend you go for an agent who is reputable and has the necessary protection in place should something go wrong with your booking.

Much better than paying for a low priced ticket and then for something to happen like what has been described in the other reviews.

If of course you have money to burn then go for it. You may get a great cheap legitimate deal out of it!!

A real scam. Phoning straight away my bank to ask to cancel the transaction. Trust Pilot should have realised by now that all the verified reviews say the same - no detail of flights or trip details. The people with bad reviews provide full detail. They are all same.

only one thing is true with this company, The prices online are not real, when you phone up that's when you get real prices, make sure you press them for details about everything. and don't give your bank details.

The company advertises for cheap fares. Too good to be true. Checked the registered office address, ends up to be virtual office address, which no actual physical presence. The office address mentioned is used by 100s of companies 20-22 Wenlock Road, which are scam n sham companies. Would stay away from this company.

I wonder this is part of a group who put wrong information to catch people's attention with putting very attractive offers which do not exist. Then they take personal information's and card details and then dictate and harass people. I am astonished to see these websites working without any accountability.
When you talk to them their tone, communication and even names and accent do not marry. There are lot of concerns of false and misleading advertising and I would like to take legal action and need more support from such victims of false advertising.
I would appreciate if people could come forward and raise concerns if they have wasted their time, resources and even lost their critical time to book holidays.

Misleading advertisement and tricking customers. Please avoid using vacationxpert as they will take card details and then will use this to manipulate you.

Garry took the time to look for my flights , although we did not settle on a fare , he was understanding and took time to understand my requirements

I booked flight to Freetown for two adults
On Thursday 11am by a lady called Janet William
All emails to the website email bouncing back as undelivered four times
I asked for reference number they say because it is a special deal there is no reference
I called Brussels airlines to verify independently
They asked me to go back to the agent that booked it to give me reference
They said 24hr e tickets will be sent to my email
None well after 24 hours has passed
They took 2196pounds from my account

Very poor inadequate service. The gentleman I spoke to “John Wallis” which I’m assuming is a false name, claimed the flights were no longer available and was very rude when I asked him why that was the case. Very rude and offensive and could hardly understand his English as very unclear when I asked to speak to another person he said he is the only employee there, to which I find extremely alarming. Please train your staff and you should be very worried to have incompetent staff as such.

I booked my flight with them on Friday therefore I proceed to make all the arrangements (Hotel, Car, etc). They rang me on Sunday afternoon telling me I had to flight to days later, get a more expensive ticket or accept a refund because they could not do anything else for me. They took my money out of my account on Friday but I had to accept their conditions to keep the price of the tickets I have booked 3 days before. Disrespectful way to deal with the customers
