The worst customer service I’ve ever had, they never answered my calls plus still waiting for my refund over a month.

Urban modesty has always been my go to for the best fits. Heidi at the front desk is the best to work with!

When I got the product it did not fit my head at all I have a small head it was way too tight it seemed like it was for a child I literally threw it in the garbage and I definitely would not order again

As Salaam Alaikum. I ordered a few items from this store a few days ago. I received notifications that the packages were delivered bu they were not. The tracking indicated that the packages were delivered to a "DOCK" and signed by someone with the initials OH. I live in an apartment complex and my initials are NOT OH. I contacted the merchant and they told me there was nothing they could do. They did not even try to help by contacting UPS or anything. This is happening 3 days before Ramadan! This company are crooks ! Do Not shop here. If your package is lost they will not help you!

I am absolutely shocked by the appalling condition of the dress I received from Urban Modesty. The zipper was broken, it was torn on the side, covered in makeup and various other stains, and to top it off, it was carelessly packaged in a polymer bag. Their response to my complaint was even more frustrating - a $20 coupon for a $68 dress. It's beyond belief that they would think it's acceptable to send out such a substandard product. I tried contacting them through email and direct message, only to be left ignored. What kind of business operates like this? I urge everyone to never buy from this brand. I am disgusted by such businesses.

Their stated return policy is a lie. I made my first purchase and received part of my shipment. There was one item that didn't fit, so I started a refund. Then, I received a second package with the remainder of my shipment, but one item needed to be exchanged for a different size. I was unable to do that online and reached out to customer service. I actually wanted to exchange my items and, before receiving this poor response, I was going to purchase other items that I saw. Very disappointing and buyer beware!

The quality of clothes was extremely disappointing. The sheer abaya is already torn and came straight out of the package with tags this way. The skirt is not lined at all, even shein lines their skirts when charging more.

DO NOT BUY! They day their dresses are “fully lined” but they are see thru - shame on this company for selling see thru clothing to modest women! They also sent me clothing with makeup stains. Their customer service is incredibly unhelpful, don’t waste your money here!

My order was a completely dissatisfied as wrong size and kept sending the wrong item and not even shown the concern to the situation not polite and considerate when reaching ti this company bad attitude and very disrespectful its sad.

Wrong color was sent by mistake. They immediately shipped the right one. Not only the dress was beautiful but also the customer service was great.

My experience was so good I liked the dresses and the place itself. Everything was so nice thank you for making me feel amazing.

Amazing experience. I was helped by sales associate Ranim and she helped me by suggesting items and even helped watch my newborn baby so I could shop more comfortably. This was so helpful for a new mom! I can’t thank her enough. The dress I bought was beautiful.

I like the clothes but the customer service is bad. I don’t always get responses back when I email because the company sends something incorrect. It’s hard to get a hold of someone.

Excellent customer service - took advantage of the latest sale and when the first package arrived, it was missing a couple items. The customer service team jumped right on it and got both missing items shipped out the next day. The items are fantastic - wonderful fabrics, super comfortable, and perfectly modest. They're also all season friendly so look forward to layering the jumpsuits and pairing the skirts for work and fun. THANK YOU!

Love the dress and would definitely recommend urban modesty, if you’re looking for a dress that’s modest and elegant they got you covered.

Salaam, I placed order SF87815 recently and received the package a few days ago. One of the dresses was replaced with a different dress which I was made aware of. The abaya is fine and I plan to keep, however the two dresses are too small and I cannot wear them. I opened a ticket for one dress but it will not let me exchange the other dress, so I have lost money on a dress that I cannot wear. I like your products but if I cannot exchange the dress for a medium, I will just shop with veiled collection or modern hijabi.

After speaking with sales rep, wrong item, wrong size was sent.
