After speaking with sales rep, wrong item, wrong size was sent.

Sizes run way too small. The dress doesn't fit but is not returnable. So a big loss loss

Despite paying for my items, I never received them in the mail. Likewise, I never received a tracking number indicating that the items were shipped to me.
After seven days of not receiving my merchandise from New York to NJ, I emailed Urban Modesty. I received a generic reply that may items will be delivered "the beginning of the week." It's the beginning of the new week and I still have not received my items or tracking number.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED 😞😞

I ordered a dress for an event and had to do an exchange for a different size. When I received the exchange but they forgot to include the belt for the dress. I reached out to customer service and asked if they could overnight the belt since I needed it for the event the following week. This on 12/29. The rep responded that they created an order for the belt to be sent out asap. The shipping label was created on 1/3 with no other updates till 1/13 with a now estimated delivery date of 1/20. They waiting almost 2 weeks to ship out the belt. Terrible service.

The dresses, the abaya sets, the skirts, everything is absolutely beautiful. From the fabric to the colors. It’s very modern but also modest and versatile. The price is also reasonable and honestly very much worth it.

Items was not describe incorrectly, sizings are off. This is the third time I ordered from Urban modesty, and have been disappointed.

They were very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had, the items didn’t take long to come which was the best part. And the quality was perfect

The customer service was amazing and the clothes material was perfect.

I made an order and after receiving it I tried to exchange it because it didn't fit me.
The instructions were not very clear on how to do it, when I tried to communicate with the customer service it took days and days before I get a reply back.
I received my new order and the length of the dress is supposed to be 60 inches and I received it was 55 inches so a little bit short.
Unfortunately exchanged item can't be returned again.

SCAMMERS. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. They are very dishonest and hide behind religion. It is so sad. They do not know TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not want to return/exchange/provide store credit for products I purchased online that didn’t fit me. I literally took the merchandise to the store the day after I received it and no help or anything was done to assist me. They stated policy was not to accept a return when I had done a return the week prior. They accused us of harassment for wanting to speak to a manager or customer service representative so that I can escalate my situation and attain assistance. Spoke to various people over the phone for a long duration of time who kept giving me the run around stating no managers are on site, a manager will call you, we understand you and want to help. In the end it was all bs and lies. They lead you on to then stop answering your calls and basically tell you to deal with your situation. “Sell your merchandise on facebook marketplace” that was their solution. So if I purchase something online (I don’t want it, size doesn’t fit, etc) and I cant return it or exchange it or get store credit, what kind of policy is this? A scammers policy. Very disrespectful business please see images attached for validation on what I stated above. Please do not support them and spread the word. I don’t want anybody else experiencing such a terrible experience with this business.

The sweater dress is amazing quality.

I got a few things from Urban Modesty. I bought 3 dresses and a few under pieces at the Bay Ridge location. I loved every single item and the customer service experience I received. The girls were so sweet and helped me find the dresses I needed for a special occasion. They even helped zip me up! 😊
