Everything was beautiful

Order this beautiful gown from them and it was a size too small. I emailed them and ask to do an exchange, the reply was fast and the sent out the items just as fast. iM very grateful

Overall design of shirt is sporty. Material is thin and clingy to body, not ideal if you’re going for a modest loose fit. A looser , flowy and breathable fabric would be ideal for a modest fit.

One of the items I received did not fit. The pants were short and the top was too tight ( it was XL/XXL) I normally wear a 14 or 16.
Then the return process was crazy; return postage, 10% restocking fee, plus if you ordered enough and got free shipping, you now have to pay that shipping cost. So that turns out to be a significant amount. And it seems to be doing what is intended and that is to deter any returns.
I am very annoyed and will not be ordering again. I am not a satisfied customer.

Very disappointed with the quality of this hijab. The material feels very cheap and thin, and it does not look or feel like good-quality fabric. It also has loose threads and the edges look poorly finished. Unfortunately, the quality is not worth the price. I would not recommend this hijab.

The manager was incredibly kind and very welcoming! There was also a large selection of clothes and hijabs!!!!!! :) I bought a dress.

Came in and the workers were very welcoming! Had a great experience shopping and the manager was super kind and great to talk to! Had a large selection of dresses and hijabs in a lot of colors and patterns and was a very fair price.

I was very surprised how fast the company deliver orders. I love the lovely free gifts with the orders.

I was really looking forward to ordering from Urban Modesty, but my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered three dresses in size Small (Order #SF128105). Unfortunately, the sizing was very inconsistent. One dress was significantly smaller than expected, while the other two were noticeably larger, even though all three were the same size. Because of the inconsistent fit, I needed to return the items.

I submitted a return request through their website the very next day after receiving my order, well within their stated return window.

After hearing nothing, I sent multiple follow-up emails and attempted to call the customer service phone number listed on their website, only to discover that it was not accepting voice calls. Despite several attempts over the following weeks, I never received a response to my return request or any communication from the company.

More than six weeks have now passed since my purchase. Because Urban Modesty failed to respond to my timely return request, the return window has expired through no fault of my own. I have now had to dispute the charge with American Express because I exhausted every reasonable attempt to resolve this directly with the merchant.

I understand that delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers who are trying to make a legitimate return is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company because of inconsistent sizing, lack of customer service and support when a legitimate return is requested.

The dress is very beautiful but was delay for 2 days !

They have plenty of cute dresses and abayas for all kinds of occasions! Would 100% recommend stopping by and visiting.

Such a scam company. I ordered a dress online and the color was completely different from what was shown on the website. I returned it, and they approved the return. They even sent me an email confirming the refund amount after deducting the restocking fee.
But after they received the dress, they changed their story. When I followed up about the refund, they told me the dress was not eligible for a refund because I used a discount code, and that I could only receive store credit.
Very bad experience. I will never buy from them again.

If there was a zero I would put that. I ordered two items. When received, I was sent the wrong item. The second product sizing was inaccurate and very tight. I tried to reach out to customer service and I got no responses. I kept emailing and even sent messaged to them on IG. When I finally did, they kept saying they actually sent the right product when the picture was obviously not the right product. Customer service continued to ignore my emails after I demanded that I get my money back and. When I finally got a response they said they can only issue a store credit because I used a discount code when I purchased the two items (even though they sent the wrong item!). Needless to say, 3 months (no exaggeration) later I was still given a store credit instead of refund to original payment after I emailed YET AGAIN about the status of my refund.

Do not buy from them. There are a bunch of other online options with better customer service and quality.

Got a great customer service experience and liked the fabric of the chiffon hijabs I got.

i bought one outfit but it was to big i send it back for exchange it has been 15 day I'm waiting for my outfit but nothing is coming I have try to reach out but they keep saying is coming ,i won't buy anything else from this company ever again no customer serves .
