Love shopping here with my sister they have so many options.

I love it here! They have many different styles and the workers are very friendly and knowledgeable about their selections. Would definitely come back!

This is my favorite place to shop. I always have an amazing experience. The pieces are gorgeous and high quality. Plus the customer service is incredible. I highly recommend Urban Modesty.

The saleswoman was so very helpful. She listened to my needs and showed me items that would best meet those requests.
And as always the store was clean and well stocked with items.

Love my customer service rep. She is so attentive and helps every step of the way, making suggestions and is very patient. She is the reason why I visited the store again.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ORDERED THREE OUTFITS FROM THEM AND HARDLY ANYTHING CAME IN THE SIZE I ORDERED. I WEAR A LARGE PANTS AND THEY SENT ME A SMALL PANTS. I HAVEN'T WORN SMALL ANYTHING SINCE I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL. I ORDERED MEDIUM TOPS AND THEY SENT LARGE. SEEMS IF THEY DON'T HAVE YOUR SIZE, THEY WILL JUST SEND YOU WHAT THEY HAVE. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!! MAY ALLAH CURSE THEIR BUSINESS!!!

Didn’t cancel an order they told me they couldn’t fulfill. Then sent two items I was charged for. And it’s been three delivery delays and I need one for a wedding this week.

I haven’t received my order yet. But I placed my order and got a shipping notification within a few hours so that’s awesome!!

Frauds! Sent my return back and they won’t refund me!! Frauds frauds frauds! They don’t answer emails or calls… they steal your money!! And have the audacity to quote the Quran in their webpage! How about not stealing customers money and actually working with them. This has been the worse experience in my life with a Muslim owned company, pple wonder why we shop in shien instead of supporting local businesses cuz this is the crap you have to go Thur to get ur own money refunded! One month plus! Of this BS

The person that answered the phone was nice and gave me hope. But It’s been 7 business days ( not counting the holiday since 1 of 2 of my orders were placed and still no shipping date.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the dress, but the size description online is not correct. The dress is a little too tight on the bodice. The size description online, for the size I got, is supposed to be a littler bigger than what I am currently but then I tried it on and it’s too tight. Then I went online to exchange and they’re out of the size I need.

The one size varies they were not all the same. I bought 3 of the same sweater dress in store and one online and the lengths were different.
Otherwise very nice material and style and color.

What I liked was the timely arrival from order to delivery. What I don't like is that the Order arrived with one outfit damaged and dirty.

I’ve bought some things from urban modesty, right in the very beginning of my journey into dressing modestly. They had some good sales but recently everything has been really expensive for what looks like not so nice quality. I am really sick of Muslim sisters getting taken advantage of by companies reselling AE clothing for 10x the worth. Why are they charging $100 for an item that clearly cost $10? On the app I got an alert that Urban Modesty had new items. Oops they posted the A E screenshots instead of their $100 “abayas.” Don’t get scammed by them.
