assistant manager Inty and the manager Amal the dresses were beautiful and i got two dresses both XXL and I’m truly satisfied. They have wonderful dresses here!!

52$ for this Material so bad and too my much even though it’s on clearance but still not worth it honestly it’s like a prayer abaya. This is my third time to purchase something from your Website and unfortunately only one dress was okay.

the portal to start returns doesn't work, customer service isn't readily available and hard to get a hold of, they need to be more staffed. Used to get replies right away.

On the rust/ brown overgarment, the top part is too tight I have help to try it on and off

Please do not order anything on clearance because sizing and satisfaction are never a sure thing. Urban Modesty does not allow exchanges or refunds on clearance items. However, visiting a store and trying on the clearance items will work better. You can check the fit and see if you like the way it looks or not.

I always try to get a little more from the company of Islamic clothing as far as a style. What’s new on there website! do they have items no one has seen before! Or is there something great to where or EID? I’m always interested every year. Keep up the great work

Please DO NOT spend your money/ time with this company. I purchased 2 dresses online and one was out of stock. The other came in but was 2 tight. Sizing was way off. I needed a different size for an event. No one answers your texts/ calls/ emails. And if they do, it's just a run around. It's been longer than a month and my issue still isn't resolved. They haven't given me my refund for the out of stock item. Plus I haven't gotten an exchange/ credit for the smaller item. They advised me to go through the portal to start the exchange process, but the portal isn't working. I mean, how do deal with a company like this. Customer service is almost non existant.I want to support a Muslim owned company but they are making it very hard.

A dress that I had ordered was out of stock. Inty provided such exceptional customer service with a personal touch. She contacted me by both phone call and text. She worked to find a dress to replace the out of stock item in a color that I liked and added a coordinating hijab. There was a $5 cost difference between the dresses, but she did not charge me for it. Inty went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the alternate dress. A wonderful experience.

The girl who worked there her name was Radwa she was very kind and helped me. She was patient and helped me throughly with everything.

As a new comer I began to search for the proper modest, classy attire. That’s when I discovered “Urban Modest”. Upon entering the store I was greeted by the customer client public relations specialist, Eman. Eman did an amazing job in her presentation to me and even helped me to properly put on my hijab. Thank you for your kindness and generosity toward me. See you again in the near future 🕊

I ordered an XL clearance black kimono abaya and got the XXL gray one which is too big! I tried talking to customer service and they say d it was a final sale. I’m not happy and I’ve bought many dresses and hijabs. I had a couple issues but they were resolved. I’m going to try Veiled or AAB.

Urban Modesty is great, the workers are very kind and respectful. The abiyas are great quality and there is a lot of hijabs to pick from.

Radwa was so great and helpful. I was able to find a beautiful abaya with her help. Would definitely come back inshallah.
