the urban modesty on fifth ave in bayridge is my favorite one. the girl that works jannah here is so nice and she offers to grab different sizes and help you find the dress or hijab you are looking for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have been a customer since they first opened…so this review is from
someone loyal who bought many items in the past. I have seen the quality go down and the customer service is not becoming…shady and dishonest and fooling the customer and wasting their time. I ordered items in May and never received them and have had so much back and forth- even UPS confirmed that the store gave them an empty box and as such UPS contacted them and refused to deliver it.
They have held my money hostage for three months trying to say until UPS reimburses them they can’t reimburse me…and wouldn’t send out the item claiming they don’t have any more in stock. I had to file a credit card dispute after months and then magically they are sending me the item supposedly now. Will see if it arrives or if it’s just another shady stall tactic. One things for sure…they lost one of their biggest customers and i am warning everyone that sadly they DO NOT offer good customer service…the words on their website is a scam. They will take your money and run and good luck getting your item. Never again. There are way better brands with way better quality out there.

Do not buy.
Macys will be dropping them soon. There items are from AliExpress for $15. Cheap and they scan and steal money!

Do NOT BUY from them. Multiple customer complaints. They don’t send packages or don’t send right products or send damage products. They write many fake reviews!

My experience was Amazing I love the Service and I even love how helpful people are like I met one of the girls her name is rana she’s the sweetest mashallah and one day inshallah I will for sure be coming back and will come back to get more beautiful modesty clothing 😊

I bought a beautiful Dress for my engagement a week ago they helped me pick out the dress it fits really well and it’s gorgeous. At first I was insecure about how I felt in it but they kept giving me heart warming comments. Amazing duo!!!

Comfy and breathable

I visited the store in Brooklyn today…. This store has all your clothing needs, for spiritual celebrations. Or simply beautiful modest outfits. I shopped there today and was taken care of by Rana & Zana. 2 very well versed young ladies, extremely helpful, polite and they went above board to ensure I had all I needed for my celebration. Great prices too! I recommend this store 100%.

Jannah was so delightful, once I came into the store I was greeted by her and she helped me pick out a beautiful dress for this event I have to go to soon. She is a very kind person.

The company should be careful while packing the order and should check what they are sending. They send me the used order with a missing belt.
And costumer service should be always helpful for the costumers.

After many weeks of discussion finally a gift card of 35$ was sent. I don’t know how can you do such things with your costumers. Urban modesty is not a good choice and I am regretting for selecting it.
