Terrible experience. They sent be a size small dress when i ordered XS. I asked for help to do an exchange but they said i had to return it first and place new order myself. they provided me a label and i shipped out the return. i waited 2 weeks for the refund and got nothing. after following up with them twice and getting no response i finally decided to open a dispute w my cc company. the whole incident was strange bc they were very fast at responding initially when i reached out about the size mix up. however it seemed that after the 2 weeks of waiting when i started asking about the refund status, they stopped replying. weird, do not recommend.

Zineb was amazing , she helped me find everything I was looking for . Took time to talk to me about the different designs and what would work best for my occasion!

Bought many outfits, washed a $50 or so outfit and it shrunk significantly making it unwearable. Contacted them and they said it is dry clean only. The fabric was cheap cotton and they did not stand for their products and offered a mere $10 gift card which I declined to use. Will not buy again and don't recommend them.

I really loved one of the dresses the other didn't fit right and I returned it but I had to pay 8 and some dollars for the return...it was so expensive.. I won't be purchasing from Urban modesty again because I cannot pay that much for returns.

I ordered something online and they sent it to wrong address and when i told them that that had made a mistake they said they will collect the item and repost it and now it has been a week and they have not shared any details neither did they reply my emails. Terrible service. Won't recommend anybody

Unfornuately their returns and customer service is not up to par at all. They have a great selection of clothes and beautiful stuff, but when it comes to exchange or returns, either they will have in the fine print that its final sale or they wont help process or even return your money for a return/exchange. I agree with other reviewers on the negative reviews and this has happened to me already a few times with them, same experience. I am sorry but they are not an online store to deal with, maybe retail stores are much better.

I tried to return one item from order using their return link. It did not recognize my order number, zip code and email address, which must be entered to continue with return. Sent email to them, no response. Tried calling New York number, voicemail not set up. Still waiting. Customer service is not at all up to par. Would be hesitant in placing another order.
