worst shipping company!!! paid for next day delivery with protection. they demaged the parcel and now they are charging me more because i arranged the shipping so they think i am the sender!!! charging me instead!!

Almost never delivery items due to lack of efforts and incompetent couriers. Couriers have your cell and full address but choose not to call you to get access to the building and without asking any questions simply refuse to deliver. And when they fail to deliver you still receive email notifications about complete delivery. Horrible service.

Worst company ever... My package was like someone was playing football with it. All and everything was ruined inside. First and last time with this company. STAY AWAY

No many different delivery's they keep saying delivery attempted, but this is untrue, never even tried.
What am I actually paying for???

These guys leave packages at the front gate of an apartment block. By the time I get home the package is gone. I missed the call as I was in a conference, I walked outside and 2 minutes after I missed the call I returned the call. To late. I stopped buying of Tommy because of these guys and not I have to stop buying off Torro. Before I buy anything any more I have to check that the company doesnt use UPS, if they do I will shop elsewhere.

Terrible to deal with. Always create a wrong address tag even though address is correct with an Eircode! More often they will record a fail delivery attempt. Cowboys.

Worst company could even rival Fastway for that position. I’ve been trying to get a package delivered for almost 5 days. They keep saying they attempted to deliver but I’m 90% sure my package hasn’t left there depot.

This is a rubbish company. My item was in Dublin a few hours after leaving Germany then it went to Santry. There was a "mechanical breakdown" and the parcel was static for 24 hours.
I rang the laughable "customer service", it seems to be based in India, and a lady read me her little script 3 times. It's now Friday machinery obviously won't be fixed and I won't get my item until at least Monday.
I know we are used to poor service in Ireland but this is pathetic especially as it isn't a free service. I would never have picked these it was the seller.

Slight update in order to make a claim against ups you need to register with them and hand over your data.

Please DO NOT USE UPS!!! Delivery service is just simply unacceptable! I had lost items, had to wait for refund for months...
Also had damaged items, where I was told the process takes weeks so I gave up on that...
Now my item was delivered to some random address and received an item not belonging to me! Rang UPS (30 mins waiting) and was told driver will be back within an hour, that was 3 days ago!!!

My package arrived earlier than expected.
Great tracking system and my package was left in a secure place as I wasn't home.
I would use again. Poland to Ireland.

Package with correct address, eircode and phone number is sitting in depot 'waiting for correct information' (again!)

UPS informed me by email that my parcel has been delivered. In reality, it hadn't, so I tried to report the matter. They had an online form to report the issue but it did not work. Finally I called them and found out that they work with a subcontractor in my town, and that operator had left the parcel with a post office (not even my usual one) without bothering to inform me.

Worst courier company EVER!! I cannot understand why reputable business’ use this company or even how they are allowed to continue operating. They refuse to deliver to rural areas and 100% of the time use the incomplete address excuse to buy more time .. I paid for express 1/2 day delivery and a week later my package is in a warehouse in Dublin somewhere .. DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY WHO USE THEM

Pure disaster. They just show up at the door without notice. I was tracking my parcel online so find out about first delivery attempt. Call the customer service and asked them to deliver on specified day. Nope that was to hard for them. On that day they changed delivery day without calling me. Wasted day on my side waiting for the courier. And now my parcel is on the way back to the sender. And girl in customer service apologised and said that I run out of options.

They sent 3 different missed delivery notices without actually ringing the door bell.
I was home at the time of all supposed delivery attempts.
UPS make an easy transaction, very difficult.

Worse delivery company ever they tell you they are delivering your parcel which they don't and when you ring customer service you are told you have to collect it yourself.
They are charging people and companies for deliveries and making the receivers collect them themselves. Absolutely disgracefull

We used this for two business parcels. One got lost in Spain, then both sat for a month in a UK distribution centre and, despite the sender and us contacting them, was ultimately sent back. Expensive, useless, non-responsive. An absolute joke.

Absolutely incompetent. They send an email with one time and show up at another. Irresponsible delivery drivers. Very disappointed
