Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Claimed address wasn’t given fully so delivery incomplete. When I rang, they repeated the full address back to me. Sent half of the package to another town half an hour away and had to go collect it. The other half of the package was sent back to the sender with the excuse of incomplete address even though they had the full address. Rang customer service spent an hour on the phone going back and forward being out on hold. They claimed it was in the depot and could be sent back to me. Got a pathetic email back an hour later claiming it had left the depot when no tracking was updated. In the end, was told by the supervisor they had no record of my previous phone calls and the package had left the depot centre and nothing could be done. Will never use this service again

Missing parcels

I panicked as soon as I knew it was UPS delivering our packages, not had a good experience off late , they used to be ultra reliable but that’s been totally eradicated, I’m sure there are good people working there but as of now I’m awaiting 3 of the 7 packages that we need to build our chicken coop and two have been rescheduled and one apparently delivered somewhere even though we both work from home , driver had 4 packages on board but only left 2 and drove off with them , now it’s turned into a mess , I’d strongly avoid any dealings in the future

This company has the worst delivery…

This company has the worst delivery service.
I strongly recommend avoiding businesses that use UPS. Despite having our full address and contact details, deliveries are often marked as “attempted” without any real effort—no call,sms, no proper attempt, unlike local couriers who actually reach you. When I contacted UPS customer service, they dismissed the issue, saying they don’t provide drivers’ work phone and won’t change their process. It’s unacceptable to charge for a service they consistently fail to deliver. If more people avoid UPS, they might finally improve.

COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION with UPS Shipping.

I have been waiting for my package (Tracking: 1ZY2YT410402215032) since 08/04 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR — no one can give a clear answer, and I keep getting vague responses and delays.

First, they said delivery wasn’t possible because my building has no intercom. HOW is that possible when ALL OTHER delivery companies manage to deliver without any issue?

I then changed the address to my workplace — a COMMERCIAL BUILDING WITH INTERCOM — and STILL no delivery attempt was made.

Now they say I have to collect it, but NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHEN it will be available at the collection point. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.

I am traveling today and needed this by lunchtime. The item is VERY IMPORTANT, has an EXPIRATION DATE, and must be refrigerated. I now risk losing it due to THEIR FAILURE.

No one knows where my package is or when it will be available. ABSOLUTELY DISORGANIZED service.

I would NOT recommend UPS Shipping.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible company. I will actively avoid companies who use UPS and have emailed to tell them will no longer be using their companies for this reason. Every time there is an issue. Package is always at least three to four days late using the reason security clearance needed. This is absolute rubbish. There is no security clearance needed for my property. Get a message to say delivery attempted. Again absolute rubbish. Phone lines awful, talking to robot when eventually gets a human, keep repeating the same line delivery was attempted. Absolutely appalling company.

Very dissapointing

How does this company survive on the market is beyond me. From parcels missing, not delivering the parcels, parcels handed over to the wrong person and hours wasted trying to get your package either on the phone with customers service or having to collect it yourself from a depot. I cannot believe such a company operates in this day and age. It is my first bad review about a company in hopes they'll either make some changes for the better or companies will stop using them. Extremely frustrating and time wasting :/

I would have given zero stars if there…

I would have given zero stars if there was an option for that. I’m waiting for more than 2 weeks. They don’t deliver my product. I called customer support multiple times, they say “escalated this, team will call within one hour” but no one calls you. Despite of that they update status telling receiver was not available in location. They never call your number infact they never come to your address. I don’t know what kind of service UPS is providing. If you don’t know how to handle the queries situations and provide service to customers then shut your company down .

This company won't phone the customer…

This company won't phone the customer when at the gate of an apartment complex and will also not use the pedestrian code to walk up to the front door so MANY times they've driven to the gate, then driven away with my package. It's INFURIATING. I will NOT order from a company that uses the services of UPS.

Ordered 2 items on eBay. Sent to wrong facility twice?

Ordered 2 items on eBay. One came a week earlier, was sent to the wrong facility to process for delivery in Shannon. Package was sent back to Finglas and then Galway and then delivered the next day. Guess what happened to the second package? Sent to the wrong facility AGAIN! I called them and confirmed that the shipping label is correct and I was told it would be delivered for sure the next day. Package was sent back to finglas from Shannon and then to galway. Package was due for delivery the next day and guess what, at 2pm it said that the street number was incorrect... HOW CAN THE STREET NUMBER BE INCORRECT IF THERE ISN'T ONE??? Use the eircode no?? Now the package has been delayed again... The sheer incompetence baffles me. I probably won't be using UPS again after this whole fiasco. I've attached the tracking number to this review. Can someone in management please look into this? To be honest it looks like the driver just didn't want to drive the distance and put down a BS excuse to not deliver the package.

Dreadful habit of leaving boxes on my doorstep, or worse, thrown in the driveway!

The company that my medical device supplier uses to replace faulty items is UPS in Ireland. I've had 5 replacements in the 10 months and there's been an issue with each delivery. First time, the I was next to the door when the guy knocked on it so no waiting for me to open the door but he was already walking back to his van when I answered, having left the package on my doorstep. Next 3 deliveries, also left on the door but no knock at all. 2 of those deliveries, in fairness I wasn't home but it was lashing rain all day but they still left the boxes on my doorstep. One of those times I got it quickly but the other one, the box fell apart when I got it because it was soaking wet. It was just luck my critical medical device inside still worked. Last delivery was the worst though. No doorbell or knock at all. Just happened to be walking down my stairs and noticed out my window a box in the middle of my driveway, like it was thrown there. Low and behold it was my replacement medical device. This is critical equipment I need to stay alive.
I have a sign on my postbox to leave packages in dedicated protected box just around the back. Easy access. They never read it or even care. Just chuck the box on the door step and leave without any care for the weather affect on the package or what important item might be inside it!
There was no where for me to send photos or formally complain directly to the company. I tried calling but went around on hold for over 25 mins. Do better UPS!

Yet again a no show

Yet again a no show! UPS indicated a delivery time and don't honour it once again. I was informed by Amazon.ie that they would deliver my order by 22:00 Thursday April 2nd. I organized myself to be at home all day and evening and they never came. There were no updates on the Amazon or UPS platforms, just that it was delayed.On Sunday April 5th the tracking got updated for a delivery between 8:45-10:45 April 7th. I cancelled a doctor's appointment to be here for the delivery. They did not come. I contacted customer service who told me that they would definitely be delivered today at some point. I have regularly been going onto the tracking for updates. However, it is 15:00 and they are still not showing any indication that they are out for delivery. It is highly unlikely at this point that I will be delivered today.
UPS has just responded following this posting to ask me questions that I already sent to their customer service 5 hours ago. They provided no resolution. It is now 20:00 and nothing has shifted.

Caseking.de delivery

Delivered a package from Caseking.de to Ireland. Left it out in the rain outside my apartment building, faked my "signature" completely misspelling my name.

Absurd.

I was expecting a parcel from UK and…

I was expecting a parcel from UK and suppose to be get delivered yesterday but didn't happen but today morning when I checked the tracking I can see the below. Driver didn't get payment?? What's going on. Import related payment already cleared yesterday itself and is clearly listed. This is ridiculous.

Was expecting some prints from a UK…

Was expecting some prints from a UK company, waiting all day for delivery only for status of delivery to change to 'in warehouse', and it seems thats that. There it shall stay. Printers have had to send new prints, so birthday party missed. No contact with me or shipping company. Commercial premises so we looked back through CCTV and no attempt of delivery made.

If there was an option for no stars I'd…

If there was an option for no stars I'd use that.
I had a parcel delivered by UPS driver the other day.
Rang the doorbell and handed it to me.
No problem received a confirmation shortly after.
The problem is he had another parcel for me.
I didn't receive this parcel but received a confirmation from UPS saying that I had received it. Photo attached. The problem with the photo is it look like the inside of the van. UPS very unhelpful. As in I haven't heard back from them.
Appalling service. Going forward I won't be availing of their services.

Disaster and so unhelpful

I have been waiting weeks for my delivery. It was due today, but I just knew they were going to make up some excuse about why it couldn't be delivered as I could see in the tracking that it was still in France last night! No surprise, I got an email this morning to say the delivery couldn't take place as they didn't have the full address. I phoned their customer care centre and spoke to a very unhelpful person who literally read my full address out to me (so they do have it) but said it wasn't on the package so couldn't be delivered and that I would have to download their app to update the address. He insisted he couldn't update the address for me. It could only be done through the app. I downloaded the app. Can't update the address on it. Phoned back and spoke to another unhelpful agent who said they can't update the address and I must contact the sender and get them to update the address on their end. What kind of courier company cannot update address on their own system?
