-1 absolutely disgusting company. Liars the lot of them. I will never use this excuse of a company again. The foreign one in the office is just as bad. Fill you with lies to keep you from contacting them. I have a child here that will have no gifts for Xmas day because of their incompetence. Im fuming 😤

I would give 0 points if I could. Indian customer service can be barely understood. Drivers given instructions to ring phone because I'm almost deaf so don't hear door bell. I'm given time slots and they arrive at the wrong time. 5th time calling to sort it out. Absolutely woeful

Parcel was taking a week to deliver. The morning it was to arrive it said out for delivery but then that evening the status changed to incomplete delivery address and stated that they tried to contact me. I had no missed call or email so I rang them and got my “incorrect address” updated the customer service rep said it would be delivered in the next day or so and that I would receive a call to confirm delivery by the next morning. The next morning arrived, a Saturday, no call so I rang them again. Again my address was apparently incomplete. I asked could I collect it from the depot and at this stage I was told that there is no deliveries on a Saturday or Sunday even coming up to Christmas. I asked why hadn’t I been told this on the call the evening before and asked to talk to a manager. A manager was to call me on the Monday and I still haven’t received a call. Avoid at all costs and there’s no point in trying to contact customer service because you have to get through so many bots to even speak to a real person who then doesn’t give you accurate information

I had to deal 2 times with UPS so far. Both were the same. Nobody tries to contact me on delivery day, just gives excuses that nobody was in and they can't get an access. Both times I had to contact customer service which is by the way the only good thing in there. I would give 1 star if not their customer service.

There tracking is useless and updates are the same was told it was second attempt to deliver when it was only ones and I was only next door by the time I got to gate he was gone they don't even try to leave with anyone bloody useless now know what ups stands for useless parcel service

Skinny man wit a beard put parcel in our door parcel was opened and contents wore missing he toom a blurry photo outside my garden of my door. Dublin 15 area.

First time they didn’t come for collection of a parcel to be sent out I chalked it up to me missing them- I hadn’t received a call and I had to email them back & forth for 3 days before I was finally sent a pick up failure email. I was told to call and reschedule which I did, I waited all day at my window for the driver never showed up. I called again and asked for a refund I was told to refund through the webaite but it sent me around in loops and I couldn’t find the “dispute” button I was told about when trying to log in to the billing centre to check invoice or bills it asked me for my account number but when I went to find it in my profile (accounts and payments section like I was told) it was NOT there. Another option woild be to check invoice but I needed to log into the billing centre to do that but I need my account number for that which I DO NOT HAVE. I paid extra for at home collection and now I am forced to walk with a heavy parcel to the collection centre even though I paid for extra for convenience. Now my siblings presents won’t come before Christmas.

Worst company ever I wish the brands should stop using this service.!! As they are scammers. My husband bought for me as xmas présent a very expensive boots from Columbia Ireland on the Black Friday. it was supposed to be delivery on the 10th of this month, suddenly we got an email. Saying that our package was delivered on the 9th at 7pm like we were at home at the time already. No one visit our house that day at that time, we don’t have any proof like signature or picture, nothing not information at all, we got no proof at all that even the delivery guy was on my address that day we contacted several times to their " customer " service they said the package was delivery by Daren and received by Daren like wtf? We asked in our whole street and even one neighbour that lives in the front of our house show the video of his ring camera from that day at the time the delivery supposed to left our package, and guess what? No one show up that day to our house us that no one was in our house that day. So UPS deliberately steal our package… we contacted them several times via phone calls emails chats so frustrating..they said sorry the delivery guys is going to contact you which he didn’t then sorry asked our neighbours and today they told that the case is closed with them that is not their problem anymore!! So frustrating! So please brands stop using their services.

They claimed they called. Here all day, no-one called. Nothing on the security camera. Nothing on the doorbell camera.

Absolutely terrible service, almost a week of no updates on progress, phone ai is utterly diabolical. Simply shocking service all round!

Dont go near this so called company. They are A-Holes of the highest order. Take the worst of the worst and your still not there. There is no trading standards in Ireland when you have robbers like this calling them self a company.

Frauds ! Avoid avoid avoid this company it’s a sham of a company ! They are lier’s for the delivery driver’s I cannot comment on as I’ve still yet to meet one even though they claim to “attempt to deliver your parcels” ! I don’t know where the company finds the drivers as I’ve never received a parcel anytime I fall victim of this company as a sender i dread it never have I or anyone I know had a good experience or least an experience where their bought items have been delivered ! Please don’t use them as it’s impossible to even get in contact with an agent if you send emails you are waiting 2-3 days for a response to be told check your relevant information / delivery info are all correct , they constant claim drivers have multiple delivery attempts which are all lies . I live in city center Dublin and what it comes down to the drivers just not bothered to get out to attempt to deliver ! I live in an apartment block which I have a code and contact number on the delivery docket they don’t bother to contact or send a text or email to say out for delivery . Don’t ruin your day by waiting for deliveries with UPS use another company in Dublin especially I if I could give no stars I would one star is to many !

Paid extra for next day delivery and still waiting 4 days later for my parcel. Rang them twice and got an infuriating AI bot repeat the same questions over and over without letting me speak to a human. When I finally broke through their AI bot and got talking to a human in India, they read the same information their tracking website offered back to me 'delay due to operational reasons' without escslating the issue. Avoid at all costs, not my first issue with UPS, hopefully my last as I will avoid all retailers using them

Ups are liars, just look at the ratings for this company, I will never use them or buy from any company that uses them, the driver was so aggressive and rude to my friends elderly mother he drove off with my parcel as he would not wait for me to come to the door when she called me to come down the stairs, I was furious and contacted UPS straight away I just keep getting the liars on the phone saying someone will call you by 9pm, guess what 9pm call never comes, if everyone stops using them they might change their attitude towards customers and become a proper logistics company.

The shipment arrived from France to Dublin in three days, over a distance of over 1,000 kilometers. It has been traveling from Dublin to its destination for four days and still hasn't arrived, a distance of 60 kilometers. For three days, I've been receiving information that an attempted delivery was attempted, which is a lie because I'm homebound due to illness. Furthermore, I have CCTV and no delivery attempt or courier presence was recorded. All attempts to contact UPS have been unsuccessful, and attempts to file a complaint are rejected because "the shipment has not yet been delivered and is in transit." I'm surprised that reputable companies still want to work with such an unreliable carrier as UPS!

I purchased a laptop from Lenovo, (I don't know why they are dealing with UPS). They sent me twice a failed delivery email stating that the receiver wasn't home, in spite of loosing two days waiting for them to show up, but never did, unbelievable. I know for sure that they will not deliver anything and send back the items, blaming the receivers.

The worst courier company out there. I genuinely can't understand how can you get it wrong _every_single_time. You literally could not make it up - every single item that had a misfortune of being sent with UPS ends up not delivered, delivered to the wrong place, thrown over the fence and destroyed, EU to EU deliveries routed via the UK and stuck at customs, the list goes on and on. This is based on my experience in Ireland.

I stopped ordering from online merchants who I know (or who admit they are) using UPS for deliveries - I no longer have the patience to deal with UPS's incredible incompetence.

Absolutely awful company! AVOID! My package was stuck at sorting facility for two weeks the ups team sent me in circles telling its all sorts of issues and I need to contact sender for xyz and do this and that all for it now to be getting sent back to the sender when I clearly told them numerous times to change address and even had sender change it also. Bunch of incompetent clowns. Will NEVER use them again!!!

UPS consistently get addresses wrong . Claim to have attempted delivery or collection and clearly lie about doing so - despite security camera evidence to contrary. Not to be trusted. Avoid.
