Waiting for a medical device from The Mater got home to find a note saying "you were not home delivery tomorrow" Waited all day nothing went over to the office Stephen/Steven gave me an email to contact emailed three times no info only we will be in touch 3 times as 3 times I contacted them. Went back over Stephen tried no one answered him. He took my phone number i sent another email saying its a medical device and I need it I get email saying poss 48 hrs wait for delivery ( it is just accross the road from my home) Got a call from Stephen saying he had my parcel went back to the office two other people in there thanking Stepen for sorting their orders ( office on Melville Road D11) I hope the company see this and realise Stephen is a great employee As for the rest of UPS no thanks

Worst courier service ever. Any parcel that has been sent by UPS has never been delivered without any hassles. The parcels are always kept on hold stating delivery address inadequate when the address is absolutely right and other couriers have no issues with exactly the same address. Worst customer service to deal with that makes no attempt to resolve the issues. If any company that I place an order with use UPS, I inform them that I will not be purchasing from them as delivery is always an issue.

They have lots my package. They told me that I had to wait 24 hours before they would do anything. Then they can't do anything and I was to put in a claim customer service is awful I would urge anyone not to use UPS

Do not use under any circumstances.
Send my parcel to wrong address god only knows where, rang customer services, they have to be the worse. In future if I see its to be delivered by UPS I wont buy

Delivery delays by over a week ,not worth it at all considering the high shipping prices.
Pathetic service

They said they attempted the delivery and it wasn’t true. I was asked to collect my package from an ups collection point. I called and arrange a re delivery and they confirmed it. Hours later they marked my order as delivered in the ups collection point address.

1. There was a fee for import tax that I was not informed about when booking. 2. Parcel was not delivered. It was dumped by roadside nowhere near the house. I was lucky to find it before someone else did

If I could give a zero, I would. Customer service sounds like it's some basement in a hut in the mountains of Nepal. Someone who had a check sheet of generic responses and sounds like they are talking through a towel to disguise their voice, or maybe not notify their captors. They cannot contact their drivers, the drivers cannot contact you. The driver will deliver today... As in anytime today.... Or you could change the delivery address and that results in a 24hr delay. Oh and being at home isn't always good enough. You might need to be looking out your window. Because, if your doorbell doesn't work, don't count on the driver knocking. Don't drink it eat either, because you're not going to have long enough to go to the toilet.
In a modern world, with so many ways to communicate, UPS are determined to remain completely out of the loop.

Why must this company always get it wrong?

My parcel is stuck in Finglas after a fake delivery attempt. Contacted customer support, which is a nightmare to reach to and they tried and shift the blame on my address when Amazon in fact gave them all the info they need. Disgraceful company. Good thing I made my order through Amazon and they usually take these situations very seriously and sort things out quick.

The Irish Government has now introduced €3 per item for purchases outside of the EU.
3 items = €9.
UPS are trying to extort additional "handling fees" to tune of €26!!
In future, any company that uses this criminal organisation will not receive my business.

You get what you pay for unless you pay for UPS. I was supposed to get a delivery yesterday and he did turn up stayed at the door a whole 8 seconds before running off. He was gone before I got to the door and then the car park. Today he claims attempted delivery even though I was actually sitting by the door all morning. Why the lie? That pushes the delivery out to Monday . No missed delivery card no phone call. Customer service must be run by cats they're certainly hard to get through to so I gave up.
I wish I had read the reviews here and bought of a retailer who didn't use UPS. Lesson learned I will be avoiding these clowns in future. Older people order stuff to and it takes a few seconds to get to the door.
My advice don't use this company and don't buy from retailers who use them.
UPDATE. I had to take a day off work to sign for the package however the UPS driver signed for it and legged it. Four days late one forged signature and one days wages lost. Very expensive delivery

worst experience with UPS cargo service. no customer support and proper communication channel. Never go for it . Our Brand new TV with proper labelling and packaging they handled inappropriately and damaged entire TV . we contacted them and they are not responsible for the damage. Very bad customer service and delivery service.

They have now managed to fail to deliver my order twice in a row.
The first order mysteriously could not be located at the UPS sorting facility, despite apparently having already been loaded onto the delivery van.
Unfortunately, the replacement has now also gone missing.

Absolute worst of worst. Second bad experience. This time I was told the delivered address was wrong despite being correct.
I was standing there as they simply drove past the property and didn’t even attempt? Really really annoying, would NEVER use

Ups, should close up the company and all the so called staff's should go back to training, dear friends pls I will not recommend to enyone to use ups, they are so selfish, they will charge you high both home and abroad and still you will be frustrated for waiting for your parcel, They don't respond their calls, they don't deliver at the appropriate time, they are unline sending a false massages as if they couldn't locate ur address. Ups is a troble shooters, all their interest is to collect money then they will treat you like No body. I regret coming across this company Ups, they are not competent to deliver., they also doesn't care about your feelings. I regretted and I will never never near ups again.

I called them twice to let the driver know that they should call my phone when they arrive. Both times they said I should call them back when tracking on website says “Out for Delivery”. I was keep waiting for this status until I suddenly saw “Delivery was attempted”!
I’m so furious to have to keep waiting on this. I cancelled all my plans for the past two days.
UPS is the worst! And sometimes customer service is rude!
This is the last time I use UPS. I’ll never ever order via UPS again!
However if you are unemployed and have nothing to do outside and are hanging at your home door all day this is a great courier for you.

UPS is absolutely shite. Nothing ever seems to get delivered properly, and when something inevitably goes wrong, their customer service is somehow even worse. You’re left dealing with an AI robot on chat or on the phone that gets absolutely nothing resolved and just sends you in circles.

It’s genuinely impressive how difficult UPS makes something as basic as delivering a parcel. Completely useless from start to finish. Avoid if you have any choice.

So so so bad. Definitely by far the worst delivery service in Ireland

Terrible service.
