Same as numerous other reviews here which i wish i read before investing in 5 units. It is near impossible to get refills... this is my third order and worst experience yet. My previous 2 orders took over a month to arrive. This time it has been six weeks and the order has still not shipped. Online support stated 2 items were out of stock and should be back in stock within 3-4 weeks. IF that is accurate, I will have waited 3 months for delivery. Absurd. I asked to cancel the out of stock items and ship what was in stock- they refused. They wouldn't work with me to resolve the issue, wouldn't cancel my order, wouldn't provide timing of shipment, wouldn't return my money.

The products are great…..IF you get…

The products are great…..IF you get ever get them! Orders take a ridiculously long time to ship. I ordered something from their new Met collection and you would think these sets would be ready to go, given the amount of advertising they put into them. However, mine has yet to ship and customer service is like a ghost town. Also, instead of fulfilling current orders, they launch a new product that’s going to take precedence over any existing ones. I wish there was an alternative to this company.

They don't care about their customers

Placed an order for two new scents. Almost two weeks later they were supposed to be delivered, USPS said that they were delivered but I never received them. I waited a few days to see if they would show up but they never did. I tried to contact customer support but they said it was a USPS issue and I needed to contact them and would need a report from USPS before they would even attempt to resolve. It's ridiculous for a company to require their customers to handle carrier issues. Love the diffuser but will be ordering all future scents from Amazon

I placed my order with Pura on…

I placed my order with Pura on 19Mar2023. They were very quick to charge $74 for 4 items. Today is 03Arp2023 and nothing has shipped yet. Their online support stated 2 items were out of stock. I asked to cancel those and ship what was in stock and they refused saying once the order is placed nothing can be changed. They wouldn't work with me to resolve the issue, wouldn't cancel my order, wouldn't provide timing of shipment, wouldn't return my money. Their website doesn't show accurately which items are out of stock. There is no customer support number to call and speak to a live agent. This is a total scam. This will be my last order. Please be careful ordering any scents from them because you may not see your order or money.

I bought two diffusers had them less…

I bought two diffusers had them less than a month and neither one works anymore. They won’t connect to the Internet they say off-line. Very disappointed. I will be canceling my automatic refills don’t buy it.

Unreliable service

The device is fine. App works. Trying to get your subscription scents is a nightmare. Month after month they've charged for products that arrive anywhere from 2-4 weeks after the charges are collected. Never a single response to support inquiries. Terrible customer experience and unreliable provider.

shipping takes FOREVER

Shipping is NEVER 2-5 days as described. Commutation is very hard and there is no way to get a hold of an actual person. A couple of scents have been wonderful and the exchange process was easy when I didn’t like one. Though the shipping!!!! It’s a two week process!!

There are a number of issues with Pura

There are a number of issues with Pura. While the fragrances they offer are very nice, the devices themselves are very finicky. They constantly disconnect from from my WiFi network at which point you can’t turn them on or off. Sometimes all you need to do is re-launch the app. Other times you have to do a factory reset of the device. In either case it is an annoying waste of time and it occurs far to frequently. Another issue I have is the fragrance’s don’t last anywhere near as long as they claim. You won’t get anywhere near the 300 hours they claim even at the lowest setting. If you want to be able to enjoy the fragrance be prepared to spend a lot of money on refills. As I mentioned previously, the devices are finicky, the same is true for the app.
you must restart the app over and over again to connect to the devices, and the app is missing a key feature that would allow you to set the fragrance on a timer. The app allows you to set a schedule, but very often, people aren’t on a fixed schedule. For instance, my wife works at home as well as an office building. The days she works at home, varies from week to week. Setting a schedule for the Pura to turn on and off in her home office is useless. In order for her to enjoy the Pura fragrance, she must turn it on and off manually. The problem with turning it on and off manually is it’s easy to forget it’s on and it runs continuously until you remember to turn it off. If you do remember to turn it off, you will find that the app can’t connect to the device!! It makes no sense to me that the app does not have a timer function that allows you to specify how long you want it to run before it automatically turns off.
They should also offer vials that can be refilled with fragrance rather than having them ending up in landfills. Lastly, customer service is nonexistent. Good luck trying to get in touch with a human being if you have any problems. I can not recommend this product.

Horrible communication

Horrible communication!
Horrible delivery service ! Horrible tech support ! I received 2 orders that were showing unfulfilled a month after I received them .
The product is not worth the money !!
I had to contact by chat to have my credit card removed ! I had 2 different chat agents tell me they removed my credit card ! How did the second one remove it if the first one did ??!!!
Don’t trust them !!! Horrible customer service for a very expensive not worth the money product !

HORRIBLE On-going Experience

I punched a Pura set from their website back on Jan 28th. Here it is now MARCH 5th and I still do not have my product. According to them, I ordered a set with a fragrance(s) that was out-of-stock. Ok cool....As a month went by I was told, if my item did not make it back in stock within 30 days from the purchase date, that my order would be cancelled and a refund issued. Neither has happened. Customer "support" sends the same (what I believe to be automated email) every time I reach out. They have my money, yet I have no product! And there's been no update on the order. We are already 35+ days out since I purchased. This is ridiculous.

I was suckered into the 6 month trial…

I was suckered into the 6 month trial with free device. The device and my first scents came quickly. February 7, 2023, my card was charged $23.03 for month 2 of my subscription. My account shows that order is still unfulfilled. I messaged customer service and they stated a high rate of orders has delayed shipping to 7-10 days. I'm no mathematician, but I'm at 21 days. On March 1, my month 2 subscription has not shipped and in 6 days I will be billed another $23.03 for month 3. I reached out to customer service again and, of course, high volume of orders resulting in delays and I am committed to 6 months and unable to return the device to get out of the contract because I am past 30 days. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and filed a dispute with them.

Subscription MESS

I’m obsessed with the volcano scent from Capri Blue so when I saw this company sells this scent for a home diffuser I was all over it.
I’m glad I came on here to see another review stating the promo was a 3 month subscription bc I 100% KNOW that’s what I signed up for, then at the 3 month mark I went to cancel and an error message popped up saying I was in a 6 month subscription and that if choose to cancel before the full 6 month period I would be charged for diffuser ($45) that was originally sent for ‘free’.
The fragrances are really small and not even all the filled. If you have them set to max output you’ll get about 2 days worth and mine never filled the entire space it was in (kitchen/family room). I paid $11.90 each and during my subscription period the price increased to $12.60 each. For the amount you receive and how much it cost it’s not worth it.
Customer service is non existent. I had one leak pretty bad during shipping that I wasn’t going to be able to even use. Only type of support they offer is a ‘live bot’ but it’s just an automated drop down list of options. You’ll never get directed to a phone number or email to resolve problems. My only option to get a replacement is by returning the badly leaking one by mail to them.
So dumb. This company needs a lot of help and better customer service.

Although I do like the product itself

Although I do like the product itself, the app is garbage. Constantly freezes, barely ever loads, doesn't save changes...it's a nitemare. And, yes, I've deleted it and reinstalled. Problem is device won't run without scheduling it in app. May be sole reason Not to buy.

I signed up for the 6 month free…

I signed up for the 6 month free diffuser plan in August 2022. First shipment came with 2 good scents but then it was time to reorder. The website is terrible. I have tried numerous times to reach support and ask questions. It just keeps giving the page to page runaround! Please hire someone who knows how redo the website. I’ve had several friends asking how I like mine but I tell them, it’s not a good experience!
