After seeing all of the other reviews I feel like a fool for even ever doing business with this company they offered to get a free pura device with a 6 months subscription. In the time that I have been on this plan I have had 7 shipments there has been an issue with almost every one of them this last one smelled like skunk so bad my whole house smelled like it. They did not send me one of my orders and then only tried to send me half and wanted to argue with me after that. I have asked several times to be done with this company even offered to send it all back at my cost and lose what I have already paid, and I cannot get any response or get something automated about the return process. It is so frustrating I just want to be done with this company.

I can barely smell the scents - even in a small area and for some of the scents I stand near the diffuser and cannot smell anything!

My card was charged on 10/24 for two frangrances without them being shipped. I contacted customer support last week and was told it was being sent out in 1-3 days. When I checked today, the order still says unfullfilled. I tried contacting them but of course all reps were busy and unable to answer my live chat. I was then directed to send an email which I did and I then received an automated response that they are working on my email. This is ridiculous. You don't charge someones card until you ship the product, this is standard business practice. I will buy from my local boutique from now on. I just want a refund at this point.

I'm not sure why I'm bothering based on all the other reviews. Seems like my experience is on par with everyone else.
Really disappointed in the business practices of Pura. They charged me for an order several weeks ago and never sent the product. After spending an hour trying to figure out how to contact them I sent an email. Today I learn both fragrances are out of stock. A good business practice would be to let a customer know and not charge them until you actually send the product. Seems deceptive to me.

We’ve had 2 diffusers in two rooms for several months now and have been through multiple different scents, but rarely ever smell anything from either. Absolutely not worth the money. Very disappointed. Save your money!

I placed an order a month ago and have still not received it. There were six different ones that I chose and they didn’t have any of them. From now on I will order on eBay or Amazon. Very disappointed in PURA.

Do NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PURA!!! I have written them FOUR TIMES - yes 4 times regarding shipments and scents. They owe me 6 scents which they have shorted me in my shipments! Some of the scents last NO LONGER than 2 weeks even though I have them on only from 8am - 8pm on a low release, while others have NO FRAGRANCE at all!!!! They list an email on their app, which NO ONE responds to! I am going to use my credits and cancel my subscription because I have WASTED at least $100 on fragrances that I haven't received or didn't last! You are all better off by Bath & Body which last well over a month!!!!

I used apples hide my email to sign in for an order, I now have a subscription to scents I hate, that I have tried repeatedly to cancel. I receive a verification email code, then the form states ‘issues’ changing login. 8 times!!! Wrote an email - closed until M-F 8-5. Then maybe don’t advertise at an international level?!

There are many issues with this product. Does not work if you have 5G and/or on a mesh network. App continuously crashes and in order to fix issues with your diffuser you must delete app and re-install which then forces you to re-install diffusers. This can happen many times in one day. Once app and diffuser issues seem fixed the scent doesn’t work. It seems any connectivity issues really stop all functionality.
To add to the very frustrating experience there are no live customer service people you can talk to. It’s all via email and only during the hours of 8am-5pm MST.
Great concept but unfortunately coupled with all issues with two diffusers and one Pura car diffuser I would say save your money.

Update to previous negative review:
4 stars, because I did have to go through quite a lot to get through to someone with my issue. My best bet after talking with technical support and customer service, and through all the troubleshooting and reading other people’s reviews, PURA updated their system during the early summer and when they did, my PURA and several other’s around the world, stopped working. I finally got someone to look my original order and issue a return label. When the new PURA came, voila, it worked! Be persistent, I imagine this glitch has devastated the company. It is a great device. I hope they are able to recover their losses.

I ordered from this company they sent my item to the wrong address and they didn’t even want to give me a new item and then I went ahead and canceled my subscription with them and then they keep trying to charge my card even though I canceled already.

I rate it a ZERO!!! Diffusers don’t work after 3 months. I have a cupboard full of fragrances that I can’t use. HORRIBLE customer service. These company sucks!!!

I HAVE ORDERED 3 DIFFUSERS AND NONE OF THEM WORK. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WENT THROUGH ALL OF THE STEPS TO RESET AND RESTART AND NOTHING WORKED AFTER TRYING IT OVER 10 TIMES. I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE I CANT USE THE SCENTS THAT I HAVE ORDERED AND THEY BILLED ME FOR THE DIFFUSER FOR CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIPTION EARLY. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I TRIED TO USE THE LINK THEY SENT ME TO RETURN THE DIFFUSERS BUT IT STATES "ORDER NOT FOUND". DO NOT ORDER THESE CRAPPY PRODUCTS!!!

I am very disappointed with Pura and customer service. No one can help with questions. Directions are sent but do not help with problem. I feel if I could talk to a person all my problem would be solved. I have 2 diffusers and 8 scents but cannot get the scents to go with my subscription. No help.

Pura is one of the worst companies I’ve ever ordered from. I have now not received THREE orders and they refuse to provide me a refund, citing that it’s USPS’ fault not their own— even after providing proof from USPS directly that the error was in fact Pura’s fault. Sure the product is nice, but PLEASE AVOID. They will take you money and never refund you, and deliberately avoid all blame. Extremely dissatisfied. And I’m not alone! Look up their google reviews and you will see many more like mine. Not worth it. Period.

They make it impossible to cancel you. Can't email them to cancel ... they expect you to Know your Order number which I don't know so I can't even log in to cancel and it's the biggest rip-off ever ... they have no phone number that you Can call and they don't seem to care that you are stuck in this endless 6 month Round Robin of being charged When you don't want to pay And not using the product?

I loved that I got my first one as a gift. It’s beautifully packaged like Apple packages their products. It easy to install and schedule. I thought it was such a lovely gift It works perfectly and smells great.
HOWEVER, I ordered a 2nd one. It has a little broken part. I searched for an hour to find a phone number, email address or a chat capability. Nothing. I feel extremely frustrated by this. Such a beautiful product with no customer service. Then I saw the reviews. I’m not alone.
I still love the product. Amazon has it. I trust them.
