I have been going back and forth with Amy from True Corset trying to decide on what would be the next best corset purchase for me based on my measurements, I have also had to return two corsets during this process, one was too long, and one was too small, they were purchase before consulting with True Corset. I had no problem with the returns, and I have been beyond excited with the customer service that I have received. I literally speak to Amy by email daily to the point that if feels like I am talking to a friend. I would highly recommend purchasing your corsets from True Corsets and I want to give major kudos to them for their outstanding customer service, especially to Amy who has been just amazing.

I ordered two corsets and they both were great quality and the size was accurate. They arrived quickly with no issues. Will buy from this company again!

The light weight quality of this cincher is both breathable and sturdy. It creates a very lovely silhouette. It's as versatile as it is beautiful and adds the right touch of drama when paired with your outfit. It would also be nice if it came in a longline version because the busk is frim and flatters the tummy from a side profile.

Honestly this corset far exceeded my expectations. For the lower price, I did not expect the exceptional quality and fit that I received. The corset was sturdy, well put together, and durable. It’s also surprisingly comfortable (or as comfortable as a corset can be) went perfectly for my ren faire garb, will definitely be ordering again!

Max was quick to respond to any questions I had and assist in my needs. Thanks Max. For off of the shelf corset the quality and fit seems quite good on the first try on. Can't wait to get back into wearing corsets more often. I have had other off of the shelf corsets (different company) in the past and was quickly disappointed, only to find the right fit with a custom made for me corset. So, this is a pleasant surprise.

I am blown away by True Corset company!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately my order got mixed up and didn’t arrive yet, a lovely man called Max, immediately helped me fix the problem. By either having a full refund or sending the item again, without payment. An honest and reliable company. I am really impressed!!!!

COULDN'T BE BETTER! This company has an extensive inventory of standard offerings and many additional difficult to find corsets.
In addition, they have been unusually responsive when questioned about sizing, details and more.
Simply said, they are serious about what they do and couldn't be much better.

Even 1 star is too much! I paid for next day UK delivery and received the items 3 days later. Their excuse was that the courier was experiencing problems and it was not their fault (despite the fact that their courier trades under the same address as their company!). The items are not made in the UK as stated on the label but in China and, as such, sizing is on the small side! Finally, due to the sizing, I returned the items but this process is very complicated...you have to ‘ask permission’ from the company to return the item and this takes about a week to respond to. However, despite the company agreeing to my request to return the items and them being sent via tracked and signed for Royal Mail, I am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later! I have never experienced such shoddy service and will be taking the matter to trading standards!

I should have read the reviews before ordering with TrueCorset. I placed an order since May 7 and I have still not received my shipment. It is impossible to get a hold of them. I feel like such a fool cause I’ve unknowingly gave over $160 to a scamming company. If it’s too good to be true, it usually is. Do your research and stay away from them!

Been wearing steel boned corsets for many many years. A few years ago, to save $$ i started ordering from True Corsets. Things were good..the corsets well made for the cheap price. 3 years ago they changed. I Bought 3 more corsets (i own 6 or 7 of theirs) all split in the seems, some were missing boning, fit terribly or were useless. They have been rude as to customer service. I didn't even try to send them back, just thought they should be aware of the issues...ugh forget this place!

I placed an order March 1, 2018, it is now March 12, 2018 and the order is STILL PROCESSING! I have left a "ticket" with them and got no response and mind you, I paid the extra $30 for overnight delivery, hahaha. Joke is on me. I will never order from them again!

I made a purchase of a corset on March 1, paid $30.00 extra for over night shipping and according to the UOS tracking they have yet to receive item, yet invoice was created. I have createda ticket with no response in 2 days, sent them an email as well...no response as well, call the number on the confirmation email, let it ring for several minutes and no answer...mot even a voice mail.
This is terrible way of conducting business. I paid $90.00 for no product.
No responses gice me the impression this is not a legit company.

I have made several purchases from true corset. I have never been disappointed, their products are amazing, it seems to be run very well, they have reasonable prices and always have amazing deals. Shipping is also great, they're never late and sometimes early. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them 100%

My experience of shopping with True Corset was faultless, from beginning to end. From my initial enquiry, I was responded to in a very friendly, polite and professional manner, and given all the advice I needed in the lead up to my purchases. Once ordered, the corset dresses arrived very promptly and were well packaged. Having tried them on, they are of excellent quality and style, and I cannot wait to wear them. True Corset are fantastic to deal with from beginning to end and I would without question, recommend them to anybody.

These corset give a very curvy shape even if you straight waisted or curvy waisted. They come in steel boned and waist training steel boned (similar to steel boned but with more boning and can be laced tighter for greater waist reduction). They are very beautiful in person.
