I originally bought a different model corset that wasn’t the right shape for my body, and their customer service was soooo patient and kind with me with finding the right corset for me!! I finally found the perfect corset with their help.

True Corset is the best. I went to go buy my first corset and used a couple of corset places and their automatic sizing to figure out what I wanted. I bought one in the style I liked but it just didn’t fit properly when it got here. I contacted their help system and Anne worked with me to figure out what size I really needed. They exchanged the two corsets for me without any hassles. I will definitely be buying more from them and I recommend anyone who reads this to get your corset from True Corsets.

Great service advise and very quick email response to questions on how to order what sizes and which styles would best fit. I really felt like I was working with someone who cared that I was going to get the best selection for me and received links to several choices which even made it hard to choose which one to buy. Amazing quality corsets, I ordered 3 because there was a great sale and they are all stunning! One of the corsets I recieved came in the wrong colour but I contacted TrueCorset and they were very helpful and swift to fix the problem. Overall great experience even with the 1 bump in the road!

The product is more than I imagined, the quality of the material and the execution makes the product impeccable. The interaction with the staff is also impeccable.

I purchased a beautiful chenille robe from True Corset and it is the BEST quality I have ever seen. The finish is so beautiful I am gifting it to my mother and buying another for myself. Great service too, considering I made the purchase online from Australia. Will return to shop again.

I absolutley love the customer service. I baught 2 corsets without consultation and unfortunetly they did not fit me correctly, so I contacted customer service and got amazing help with what to exchange my current corsets for. Today I recived the new ones that I exchange for and I honestly couldn't be happier! 10/10 for lovley customer service and 10/10 for quality corset!

After receiving about 5 corsets that did not fit - even though I had given them my measurements twice, I had to send them back.
As the corsets were over £150 I was entitled to free delivery - sadly not returns, as I had to send back Guaranteed.

All corsets were sent back within a week or receiving them, and signed for within 2 days of sending them.

3 weeks later I contacted the company to enquire on my refund... they apologised and said I would get it asap.
A week later still nothing and emailed again... this went on for ANOTHER 4 WEEKS.
Every week I had to send emails to get my refund.

Eventually they did refund me but took £5 off, saying that it was for postage??? I have since been in contact with them and now all my emails are being ignored.
Please be very careful when dealing with this company as it was a rather stressful time trying to get my refund.

PS FYI - the payment is also taken by another company: RUBY BLACK LTD. This company went into liquidation earlier this year...

I loved the corset I ordered. Very great quality and beautiful. Had trouble sizing myself because I’m new to corsets but they have a huge size selection which is rare. Very friendly staff. I will buy all future corsets from them.

I ordered a corset from here back in June. The corset arrived in good condition with a nice shape to it and it seemed to be made of quality material. I didn’t even make it one day wearing it, as one of the steel bones started protruding from the bottom, causing me to bleed. I got in touch via live chat and was offered an exchange. The next corset came with the same problem, except this time it didn’t even last an hour, and two bones were protruding. At this point I just wanted my money back, to which the lady dealing with me said that I would get my refund once I returned both corsets, baring in mind I had already returned the first one - which was the one I had paid for - and sent photos of the second one. As I did not hear back from them after they said they were ‘checking the warehouse’ for my return, I didn’t bother with the hassle of dealing with them. This was after someone else had told me that they had received my return and that they were looking in to whether they had a faulty batch (I never heard back from this person, either). All in all, I ended up losing nearly £60 as I never heard from them again. The customer service was terrible. Never again.

Slight hiccup ordering but well worth the outcome. The service is second to none and the products are superb. Can't believe the difference that it makes and its so comfortable to wear. Can't wait till I can go down further.

Bought 4 corsets from this site in the UK - they were 4 for £80 (+ delivery) and I thought it might be too good to be true but they arrived within the week, all nice quality and as pictured in the photographs! The front fastens don't align up quite perfectly so it takes a little bit of wiggling to close. They gave me helpful info about delivery all the way through!

Good customer service, they respond quickly to emails and treat customers with respect. I am guessing that my corset will be in great shape too, even if I haven't gotten the package yet.

My item, a £70 dressing gown, arrived in a bag that had already been opened and re-sellotaped. It was filthy at the front and by the creasing in the belt it had obviously be worn before. As with the review by Gocat, I cannot get a response from True Corset either. The phone is on auto answer and the email address does not exist.

When I decided to start corsetting, I decided on True Corset as that was like the first company that popped up on my screen that was in Canada (so i thought at the time.) I ordered 3 gorgeous corsets but didn’t choose correctly the sizes and they were small for me. I didn’t return them on time for a refund until it was too late but they still re opened my account and created a new RMA for exchange. I sent back my corsets and wasn’t happy I had to pay shipping to New Jersey. When I was ready for my exchanges, I contacted customer service who was very attentive and helped me choose correctly the size and type of corset. They were so kind, attentive and just awesome. I would recommend them to anybody at anytime. I would be giving an updated review about the corsets but for now, I only have great things to say about the way I was treated by the customer service team.

True Corset offers tremendous value and customer service. My girlfriend loves wearing hers and it takes her into a very different state of mind from her usual mother of two, primary breadwinner existence. Thanks for your prompt delivery and return service.

True corset are fabulous to deal with.
I had a problem corset too small, It was a fabulous corset too.
They refunded me by credit.
I ordered knickers that were to big, but because of returns they couldn't take them back.
Out of the goodness of their heart they gave me another credit.
So thumbs up to True Corset they are fabulous to deal with.

I'm writing a review here mainly on customer service. I've only purchased one corset from this seller so far, which had a small flaw, but was otherwise great. Customer service was easy to contact, a pleasure to talk with, and fixed the issue for me straight away. Shipping was fast, they keep you updated with emails, and are quick to answer questions or requests. Based on my experience, I will definitely be a return customer.

This review is based on customer service. I unfortunately received the wrong sizes and corsets in my order. However the customer service is incredible they worked through all options with me as efficiently as possible finding the best solution for my situation. The people working with me were wonderful and polite.
