I got 2 corsets from their sale and they turned out much better than I had expected. Extra points for helping me with sizing, they fit perfectly.

Update***23/09/22. I reported them to Paypal as a dispute and hopefully will get their account barred altogether. This company are disgusting. Do not buy from them!! I sent a return signed for to them over a month ago now and still no refund. Have opened a dispute with PayPal. They have stopped answering my emails. It's shocking how they get away with this with so many customers. They also threatened me in an email...very classy.

I ordered a wrong sized corset, without going for the sizing advice which I now think everyone should get before making their first corset purchase.
They helped me in every step of the exchange process very patiently lol.

I see a lot of bad comments so I was naturally very anxious about my first purchase with them, but I'm glad I went ahead with it.

My new galaxy corset fits very well. Deffo making more purchases soon.

All in all, exceptional customer service and problem resolution.

Please do not buy from this untrustworthy, unethical, and truly deceptive online retailer as they will not refund your money even if you legitimately return an item!!!! Please be warned!!! My daughter purchased and returned an item that she wasn’t happy with, and over 2 months later I’m still having to send them emails to get the matter resolved! Firstly they tried to persuade her to accept a credit note, then threatened to deduct money from her because she didn’t get a refund code from the small print (unheard of) and now they’re refusing to refund the money full stop - unbelievable!! I’ve started researching this company and found out other people have had similar problems - some people have been waiting a year for a refund - in addition to lots of other negative reviews about True Corset - I wish my daughter had been aware of this information before making the purchase, which is why I intend on writing as many negative reviews as possible as no one should have to endure this poor treatment! I’ve also realised that the company keeps changing its name, which reflects badly on their branding - what are they trying to hide?!?!? I’m now going to seek legal advice on how to get my daughter’s money back! True Corset are not the best and do the opposite to what their brand suggests! DON’T BUY FROM THEM and please spread the word!!!

I have been wearing these corsets for years and the quality of the waist training corsets is great. Even stitching, sturdy bones, soft fabric.

This company is so so awful. The product I got was nowhere near the quality they advertised. It said on the website that the corset I bought had 16 steel bones but it only had about 8 plastic bones. Returning it sucked, you have to pay to ship your return (for me it was almost 17$), then you have to micromanage them every step of the way. You have to email them when its shipped, when the item has arrived in their shop, and then again when they haven’t sent you your refund yet even after you’ve done everything you need to. When they finally sent the refund it was 8$ less than I actually paid because they don’t refund shipping, so now I’m out 25$ because of their lies and bs.

It's been 7 weeks since this company received my return. I'm still yet to receive a refund. I've tried all avenues to get my money refunded. Emails, social media and still nothing. They fob you off with I'll check with so and so and get back to you. They don't. Also tried for 3 weeks to persuade me to get an exchange or store credit from the beginning I told them, NO I want a refund. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Also will add, corsets weren't packaged well at all.

I purchased a beautiful corset but it was too big - so I had to return it - shipping was at my expense BUT the customer service was well worth it. As soon as I provided my tracking number I was contacted via email by Anne and she was amazing! She helped me find the correct size and a corset that would be a perfect match for what I was looking for!

I bought a corset originally and I chose the wrong size by accident. I contacted customer service immediately and asked for help on what to do. They told me how to first return the corset and then secondly find my correct size and correct style for a replacement corset. I was very worried after I looked up the reviews of True Corset. The reviews are either fantastic or awful online and I was very worried about if I would be the next bad experience with the company. But my experience is GOOD. The company was kind and very helpful, even though I was probably very annoying hahah. They helped me anyway and responded to all emails and questions very quickly and nicely. I've seen the bad reviews and I'm not sure what changed between those customers to me, but they did something right this time. And I have to admit that they did everything right. Thank you!

UPDATE: Paige from True Corset reached out to me determined to make things right. Since they didn’t have my size in the one I’d initially wanted she let me pick from any corset on their website and shipped it out promptly. I’m very impressed at the lengths she went to, and I would highly recommend.

I ordered three corsets from them. The one I was most excited about came two sizes too small. I contacted them and after months of back and forth and having to send continuous pics to PROVE that it was the wrong size (one wasn’t enough, I had to send a pic of the measurements, the bag, the tag, a measuring tape over it to prove it was the wrong size) after months of this they sent me the wrong size AGAIN TWO SIZES TOO SMALL. They then requested I send the two back at my own cost and they would reimburse me. at this point I didn’t believe anything they said and just gave up. It’s a no from me.

This company has been absolutely amazing from the moment I used them.
Delivery and processing was fast.
Turned out we had ordered a size too big...not my fault...the other halfs...but shhh don't tell her I said anything.
Spoke to Anne through the live chat and she talked me through every step of the return process and ordered the replacement when she had confirmed tracking.
All in all True Corset and the lovely Anne have been a pleasure to deal with. I will without a shadow of doubt use this company again.

I'm new to buying corsets, so I had lots of questions to ask during the process of purchasing some corsets. I'm happy to say that the ladies who guided and advised me throughout my decision making process were so very helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable about everything corset related and replied to every query I had promptly and with helpful information, so that I could make an informed choice. Excellent customer service. I messed up taking my measurements and ordered one that was way too big. I emailed them and sent it back for a different style with absolutely no hassle. As for the corset, it's beautiful and I haven't had any problems. This may change with further use but I am incredibly satisfied right now! It's been a month now of using it and it's fantastic. Thanks true corset!

This has to be the worst company that conducts the worst business I have ever encountered in my life. I ordered a corset and it was defective. I had to return it at my own expense and after failing to convince me to do store credit, they told me that I would have to wait 20 to 30 days for a refund. After 30 days they did not refund me so I emailed them and they ignored my email and tried to refuse me my refund. Thankfully I paid through PayPal as they would not have refunded me at all. I had to write a review to prevent anyone else from getting their money stolen. There are so many great corset companies so please do not waste your time supporting this one that steals from their customers.

I ordered the corset August 2021 but because it didn't suit my need, I packed it again. I sent it back to them about 2 weeks later unused and in great condition and they received the item September 23rd. They asked me if I wanted something else in exchange for what I've returned and I told the no and I just wanted a refund. No refund came. I asked for a follow up 3weeks later and they said the processing of refunds takes 7-30days. So I waited and forgot about it. January 2022 I asked for an update, and they said that they are understaffed that's why they weren't able to process the refund. I asked for another update on April and they said the tracking# was not working. I told them that it's been 7mons so there's a possibility that the tracking no longer works but they received the item September 23rd last year. Now, it's been 8mons and still NO REFUND.

UPDATE: It's been a YEAR AND A HALF (18mons) but still NO REFUND.

With mostly positive experiences. Naturally, it seemed that the higher price was the better quality.
This size 26" corset is more comfortable, just as pretty and well made, as one priced at 100.00 If you have an hour glass figure buy it!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I returned two corsets due to fit and it has now been more than four months later and I still haven't received my refund. Their customer service team continues to ignore my emails for weeks and once they do reply they push me to get store credit when I have clearly asked for a refund. Then they ghost me again. I have started three email chains about my return with no success. I never leave bad reviews and was so ready to love this company but I can't stress enough that I no longer trust them after this experience. Go spend your money somewhere they actually care about their customers.

True Corset sell beautiful corsets for all shapes and sizes. Their customer support is excellent and they are always very quick to answer any email and help with sizing etc

This company is so worth it! The quality is amazing and the customer service is phenomenal! I ordered for my first time and ordered the wrong size; I contacted them and was replied to immediately with instructions for my exchange! Also my order came in quickly and pricing was very fair! I’m truly so happy and I highly recommend!!!

Customer service has been excellent. Although my original corset didn’t fit me, Anne has advised me on how to measure correctly and what corset would suit and returned my emails very promptly and at all times of the day. First class service! I look forward to receiving my new corset. Thank you!
