Ordered a Size SM bathrobe. When it arrived it was clear the Size SM was mismarked. The arms were so long only a Gorilla would like the robe. I'm not a Gorilla. It took 2 weeks to get as far as this: they don't pay for returns even if wrong, and I finally got a return address mailing label. Now I've been waiting 4 weeks to settle this. Apparently it takes up to 20 days to get a refund. I'm still waiting for my refund. Never again. Buyer beware. Something wrong here.
Today is 3/14/24 - no response, no refund, nada. SCAM.

Steel-boned corsets, that are lightweight! Trust me, you want to try them... And when you hear that they have corsets designed by Lucy's corsetry, you'll understand why they often have low stock.

I just got some corsets from the Valentine's sale after watching Alicia keys wear a corset to Super Bowl. But damn, the quality. These are such good looking corsets honestly and they feel so good???

True corset is one of my staple corset places to go when wanting a true fit. They have great customer service, that will help you find the right sizing for each style available. The quality is immaculate.

This is a scam. I returned the incredibly poor quality corset 3 months ago and have not received my refund. This is despite providing the tracking showing a digital signature that the item was received. I have been promised that it has been processed and will be in my account within days for this past 3 months now. I have had to raise this with my credit card in an attempt to get my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM

My delivery got lost by UPS. I contacted TrueCorset and they could not help enough! I opened claims with PayPal and UPS and it turns out... it was sent to a neighbor's house!

Long story short - True Corset delivered and I got my product. I'm very happy with the outcome!

The other reviews you see for this company are likely fake. I placed an order for two corsets for my wife, and after two weeks, and a lot of run-a-round, the order was never sent. To hedge their bets, they created a shipping label through USPS, so that they could claim the order was sent, but never actually delivered the order.

Every time I'd inquire about order status the response was, "oh, we'll send it out within 24-48 hours". This was the response multiple times, with no change to the order status.

It is almost impossible to receive any customer support from the company.

There is no physical telephone number that you can call (the number provided on their website plays a message that they are not receiving calls, and to instead use their chat for assistance).

The chat is seemingly manned by a third party, who has no idea what is going on, and has no authority to do much of anything but apologize and make excuses.

I requested a refund, and was told that they "would refund within 24-48 hours" - see the trend - to no avail. I have instead has to file with my credit card company and write reviews to warn others.

If I could report this company for fraud I would. True Corset is either a sham company or someone attempting to look legit, while having no idea how to run a e-commerce store.

Buyer beware, making a purchase from this company will lead to nothing but a headache.

I get no response from customer service and I am still awaiting a refund from the 15th February. I will not use these again, I will go else where.

Amazing, quality garments! Had a few issues with shipping as I'm international, but the customer service by their representative Paige was immaculate and extremely helpful in resolving the issues. Highly recommend, you won't want to wear anything else!

The corset was never delivered to me and TrueCorset even sent me a screenshot of their tracking showing a different address but refuse to refund me. I had to go through a PayPal dispute to get my money back.

I posted about my experience in the biggest corset group on Facebook and LOTS of people had a similar experience. It's a scam.

Edit: If you're in a similar situation but paid by card, raise a dispute with your bank and they'll get your money back for you.

I have ordered 2 corsets.When I got them i tried on I realise how much of sizing they are and the quality is not great at all.
I requested to return those items and I did. Wait for the best part.
Its been a month since I have returned the order and they not even bothered to send me an email informing me about processing my refund its been a month!!!!
They tell me bcz you paid with PayPal it will take 25 days for us to process they refund! Now the best part is you have to tell them the tracking number so they attach it to this crap RM request and they dont count from day of delivery but when you update this code. Its been a month have not heard from them whatsoever. Ripoff and i will be taking this futher

Paige assisted me a great deal when there was an issue with my order. I am really happy with the quality and price of what I got, and amazing customer service too! True Corset is the only seller I buy my corsets from, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into the hobby :)

I was looking for a corset for so long. Finally got my hands on the corsets last week. I cannot tell how good the quality is. Super happy. I will definitely buy again.

Avoid this company like the plague. My review is identical to way too many others. This is how they operate. If you do purchase from them, use PayPal because they have pay protection (and use that protection aggressively).

1st - My purchase went through with my money taken. I was never given confirmation, an order number, shipping details, etc. Roughly 1 week later, I contacted them. No immediate response. After stumbling upon reviews of people fighting with this company, I filed a PayPal Dispute. I received a near IMMEDIATE response of the company accusing me of getting it all wrong. They said my product had already shipped and I needed to immediately delete my PayPal Dispute. Attached to the email was shipping confirmation. They shipped my item 2 hours before this email where they accused me of making some mistake about them not shipping my item.

2nd - Receive the product (the PayPal Dispute automatically cancelled because PayPal keeps track of transactions). Doesn't fit. Returned it immediately. Had some trouble in the return process but we figured it out. As per their request, I emailed them the tracking information.

3rd - The return reaches them after almost a week (everything was 5-7 days, it was frustratingly slow). I wait roughly 1 week for my refund. No confirmation they even received it. I email them. They accuse me that I never sent the tracking information. Understand, the email they told me this was attached to the exact same email that if you scroll down, you see I sent them the tracking info nearly 2 weeks prior. Also, their returns require that you put detailed paperwork inside the box. As soon as they opened it, they had all my information save for my social.

4th - I wait yet another week. Still no refund. Asked what's going on. They pulled the same thing they've done to way too many other people in the reviews: "You get store credit." (They never gave me store credit either, but I didn't want it.) No, you give me my money right now. "Okay. It has to go to our Accounts Department." So they've now had my return for nearly 2 weeks, confirmed its mine and never even attempted a refund of ANY kind.

5th - I filed another PayPal Dispute to get my money back.

6th - Near IMMEDIATE response after filing the dispute of them telling me it will take 20-25 days to process my refund because I opted out of the instant store credit. They also "happen" to see the new PayPal Dispute. They claimed they could not even start the process until that dispute was canceled.

7th - Told them I would not be dropping the dispute. Period. Next day, finally got my money. (And PayPal automatically canceled the dispute. I say that to press, do-NOT-cancel-your-dispute. Let PayPal decide if everything's squared away. Because once you cancel it, you cannot reopen the same dispute. And my gut tells me this company knows that and that's why they were pressuring me to close it on my own and still hold my money.)

This headache nearly lasted for 2 months. If you need a corset, I had an awesome experience with Rebels Market. Night and day comparison. They were wonderful and bent over backwards for me when they did not have to.

I would give 0 stars if I could.

THIS IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I purchased the Curvella Long 24 Bone Full Hips Cotton Waist Training Corset Size 18 (truecorset dot com/playgirl-curvella-long-full-hips-waist-training-corset) on November 24th 2022.

The 'Shipping & Handling' fee was $8 and the delivery was supposed to be within 3 to 7 working days.

Today (December 13th) is the 12th working day excluding the Thanksgiving days of November 24th and 25th. I have not received a single email from True Corset confirming an ETA of the delivery.

Exactly like the previous consumer complaint listed on the BBB dot org slash US page, there was no email confirmation from the seller on my purchase or ON their shipping of the corset. My card has been charged $71.75 which is the price after discount! The charge was billed against "TEG UNITED ONLINE RE" and not TrueCorset!

I tried calling up TrueCorset's phone number (1-609-246-3030) listed on their website but no calls went through. On their 'Contact Us' page (truecorset dot com/contact-us), it is mentioned" Telephone support is currently suspended due to coronavirus restrictions.". It is unbelievable as to how as of December 2022, a company selling **internationally**, is unable to have telephonic support when support agents of all other retailer are handling calls remotely from their homes if not from their workplaces!

After several follow-ups via their online chat and email, someone called "Paige Banerj" emailed me about the USPS tracking information of my corset. Per the tracking information, the shipment is stuck in San Francisco since Tuesday (December 6th)! I brought this up with TrueCorset several times and they have ignored/ closed my chat, not responded to my email or the ticket which I created online on their website. They have plain stopped communicating with me.

After reading more online reviews about this firm, I now believe that this is their well-planned modus operandi. Create an authentic looking website, ensure few working links, ensure the payment works flawlessly but never deliver items and/or have support agents who are not reachable. No phone lines and complaints will be plain ignored.

This SCAM company should NOT be allowed to host a website and operate. It was my mistake that I missed researching about this company before I placed an order.

I am aghast to see that an exact complaint was published at BBB website ONE YEAR back, and this seller is still operating with impunity! And to think that I have lost $71.75!

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS. THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER GENUINE CORSET WEBSITES ONLINE. IT IS BETTER TO SPEND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS IF NEEDED, TO ENGAGE WITH A GENUINE RETAILER THAN TO ENGAGE WITH A FRAUDULENT ONE AND LOSE ALL MONEY.

I had my very first doubt when I did not receive an email confirmation on purchasing the corset. And then I noticed there was no working phone number to contact the seller. Then, there was no shipping confirmation email. No ETA. Then the password reset link did not trigger any email to my email-id. The chat agent had to manually change my password from their end, when my TrueCorset account contains my confidential Bank/ Card details!!

They have not carried out email integration with their website as this could lead to their servers being tracked! So you will not receive a single system generated email. The emails, chats and tickets I create now are not being being responded to.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WHICH I DID BY BEING ENAMOURED WITH THE BEAUTIFUL CORSETS PRESENTED ON THEIR WEBSITE and by their responsive chat agents before a sale is made. IT IS A SHAM. FIND A GENUINE COMPANY.

Amazing corsets and very fast and helpful staff. I’ve ordered about 4x so far and shipping has been quick. These corsets are a perfect for everyday or if you’re like me and make costumes. They’re a great base to rhinestone!

I'm an experienced waist trainer. I've tried custom made corsets to reputable online stores. I tried true corset based on some of the positive reviews as well as the range of corsets to cater to larger hips..I received my order recently and tried one on today and am in awe of how beautiful it fits (better than a well known brand I purchased from this year) and how well it wears. There's no weird back fat bulging out hehe or tummy underhang. The styles are very inclusive and diverse. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Edit: after about a month, I have to be honest. While I do love the corsets the quality is not as good as I had originally thought since the eyelets have come loose on a new corset I finally tried to wear.

I bought an Artemis in purple color from them and oh my god it's gorgeous. It's of great quality and the packaging is also beautiful. The delivery was super quick without any problems. I'm definitely purchasing from them again. I highly recommend them :)
