They can improve but in general its good

I purchased items and returned a skort because of the fit. My tracking number says it arrived at their warehouse but they won't issue me a refund. I can't touch base with anyone via email or phone!

I am totally disappointed in their return policy. I am a regular customer so I totally like the product and spend money every year refreshing my swimsuit wardrobe. Based on THEIR sizing chart I ordered 3 bottoms that were $60 each and I received for a total of $120 because of their sale spend $150+ and get $60 off. The very next day they had a 50% flash sale- I called and was told they would honor it and credit me $30 (which BTW never happened). Bottoms arrived-too big-so I called to inquire about returns and was told I would need to return and repurchase at full price as they no longer do exchanges and the sale is no longer in effect. That is a horrible policy and the rep on the phone was rude. So in the end I wanted the bottoms and have now ordered the right size and only 2 which are costing me what 3 did before. This may be my last year as a loyal customer and I will find another swimsuit company with better policies in place. In an environment where service levels dictate success they are heading down a bad path....

The swimsuit was just as I expected. Great quality and beautiful colors.

These are my favorite. I ruined my first pair when I was putting chemicals in the pool and was so glad they were available this year.

Although my order was supposed to arrive the 13th of December, I still haven't received it. I was told by customer service I would definitely receive it today, and yet it didn't come.

Love the Beach House swimwear. My favorite is the skirt bottom - fits great and hides a few areas for me :)

I love Beach House swimwear because its not only beautiful but lightweight. It feels good on and doesn't take hours before it drys.

Great suits for the over 20 something crowd...and the 20 something crowd too!! I am so glad I found Beach House Swimwears!!

When buying swimsuits online, like most people I overbuy to see what is most flattering and return several in new condition. Other swim websites offer postage labels for flat rate or even free shipping. To try and cram swim wear in a flat rate postal mailer or pay $20 to ship 3 ounces of fabric in original box is ridiculous. The swim suits are cute and sporty, but I will buy from swim outlet, zappos or other website in the future.

Customer service is very nice and they make everything easy to do.
Received swimwear within 2 days, at no extra charge.

I guess they did not have my size - they just said it was no longer available. I hope they have it next year! Or something similar.
