The product was perfect except for size so I returned it and have received no acknowledgement of said action and have not received my replacement swimsuit in 2 wks time!

I have 6 now. I love ALL the Beach House products!

I was notified right away that an item was back ordered and the rest of my order shipped quickly,

I was notified something was unavailable and when I did not respond they followed up with me. When I did respond they replied right away and adjusted my order immediately.

I ordered a tankini bathing suit. I got email stating I was getting refunded for the bottoms because it was no longer in stock. Well I would have never ordered the bathing suit if I knew I just was going to get the top. Now I'm stuck with a top and have to find bottoms that match.

The product I received is great quality and color however BeachHouse needs to improve their inventory management and shipping procedures. I ordered 2 items on a Saturday and paid for 2 day shipping. On Monday I received notice that one of the items was no longer available. The 2nd item was delivered on Thursday. Customer Service was responsive to my inquiries, reimbursed the charges for the 2nd item, and offered to reimburse shipping charges. They have not processed the shipping reimbursement and have not responded as to when I will receive it.

I am so excited to find swimwear that fits well and feels great to wear. I am a mature woman who is very active and wants a stylish swimsuit that looks good while providing coverage and support. I am past my bikini days but not ready for a granny suit. Beach House provides the perfect blend of style and comfort!

I'm happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly and is exactly what I wanted. I had tried the top in a dept. store but they didn't have my size so I found it here. The only drawback was the department store was running 40% off, but for a suit that fits not a huge deal!

Love the way this suit fit - love the colors - true to size - would like a better bra - very flimsy - would like more color choices -cannot imagine why so many bathing suit are black!! Black absorbs heat!

My swim skirt arrived in less than 48 hours after purchase. Perfect if you're leaving for the beach this weekend. The swim skirt color was right on and the fit was sized appropriately. Wonderful experience from the get go!

The suit looked like the photo but was not a fit for me. Arrived on time. Not excited about paying for return shipping when most companies pay that expense. Will not order again based on this experience.

Love the way it fits. Could've gone up maybe one size in the shorts (that would be my fault) but it's all good.

I purchased my first beach house swimsuit on vacation. I loved the quality of the material and how flattering it was on me. Now that I purchased online, I was impressed by the delivery. It arrived on time and I loved how they paid attention to detail by placing the suits on hangers...very high end customer service. The top fit perfectly and was very flattering. The one piece suit fit perfectly as well. Once you know your size of tops and bottoms on this store, you know that they will fit. I highly recommend this brand of swimwear.
