Received parcel in mail after 3 weeks. Supposed to be a detachable charging cable with stand but received only attached cable stand. Complained to ancienflow who denied it was wrong product and offered $5usd compensation! It cost me $76 AUD to buy and they offer a pittance. Will never deal with them again. Poor service!

Bullshit company. Never said things coming from China. It has taken 6 weeks, no sign of item. Now they are trying to say it was delivered JUne 9th. Tracking on June 9th still had this package in Norway, heading to US customs. This is a scam. Complete crap- never received anything. Disputed charge. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered 2 grandpa weed pullers from a video on Facebook. After weeks and weeks of waiting and the crazy shipping updates from Romania and Italy I knew I was scammed .i finally received the tool that pulls the weed…. Not the entire product with a wooden handle . Even this part was inches shorter than the original product I ordered. They used the legitimate video for the puller and sent me this junk instead. I’m trying to get my money back . Having no luck. Do not buy anything from this website . They are a scam and I am out all my money. I finally ordered from Amazon and received product in 3 days !!!!!

Having previously bought a pair of mattress lifting tools which I was happy with I ordered a pair for my daughter. I received a single tool but was either charged for a pair or the shipping charge was extortionate. I complained and was offered 3dollars US in compensation.They maintained that I had ordered a single item which was untrue.I did not accept their offer of compensation as I only wanted what I ordered.

Ordered items in January and was sent a tracking number. Bogus tracking number!! Kept messaging company who kept saying "Be Patient". In the end to get a refund, I had to claim through Paypal.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Im pretty satisfied with my purchase overall. Its design matches exactly as described and feels durable enough for regular use. Shipping took about two weeks, which was acceptable to me. Quality seems quite solid, meeting expectations, so Id probably recommend this product to others looking for something similar.

I bought a dog toy from them on December 1, 2024. There has been no shipping activity on the tracking number since December 30, 2024. I have contacted them multiple times but their support team has been no help. They even told me that I would have to wait whether I liked it or not. They are a horrible company!!!

Bought a mop. Complete piece of crap. Broke after one use and surprised it lasted that long.
Noticed they don't sell it now.
Took forever to get here.
Giving one star because I actually got the product even though I would have been better off not getting it.

This company is a complete SCAM! I ordered a pump 4 months ago and guess what, it never arrived. They BS you when you contact them but don’t believe a word of it. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered the ball for my dog. Waited weeks to get it but ultimately it arrived. My dog had it in pieces in 15 minutes. You can purchase a better product at the dollar store. What a waste of money!

I ordered a product from this company and received an email that shipping date was December 7th. It is now February 4th and I have still not received the package. Numerous emails have been sent to customer service. They respond package is on its way, to be patient. I have asked for a refund but still getting the ”be patient” runaround. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible company! I received the ball and it wouldn’t go down. Wrote the company, had to send a video. Horrible customer service. The toy is made of cheap material and was faulty and the company is in denial. Don’t buy this product!

Its a piece of junk, its not safe for any dog to have. The quality is horrible, the instructions are in Chinese…..need I go on? Oh and it took forever to get.

Piss pour toy!!!! Lasted less than 30 minutes. Asked the company for a refund!! Do NOT buy this crap!!!! Toy has springs and exposed screws. If dogs break a panel, like mine did after 30 minutes of playing, very dangerous if they got to the spring and screws

I purchased a ball for my dog 6 weeks ago and never received the parcel. Every time I followed up I was sent a link with tracking information that was bogus. The link kept appearing with an error every time I clicked on it. I’ve just kept receiving the same regurgitated email with no other info. I have now asked for a refund. This company is a joke! Do not purchase any products from them

Waited weeks for my purchase. When it arrived, it didn’t work at all. Notified the company immediately and they responded quickly, asking for pictures or a short video. I provided a short video. I have yet to hear back from that or any other inquiry thereafter. Crickets!

They finally agreed it was defective and offered to send me another (probably defective and wait another two months) or give me $3 US dollars as a refund! Not happy!

Waited two weeks for arrival, but totally satisfied with this purchase. Quality stands out considerably, especially given its reasonable price. Shipping time could be quicker though.

This company is a complete SCAM! I’ve been dealing with them for a month to get a refund.
I advise anyone to never order from them.
Their product was cheap and not in American language that I ordered. The return process is a SCAM in many ways. They lead you on with emails and then will Not give you your monies back. And they DO NOT even want their own products back. Says the freight is too expensive.
I will NEVER ORDER from this Company again.
