Poor communication
Poor communication. For example they wrote that the package was coming from California when in reality was from China. When finally arrived the direction on how to uses the shampoo was in Chinese. It did arrive on August 6 and I haven't use it yet. I am hoping that works. I think they have been honest at front.

I have been searching for a coloured numbers digital wall clock that runs on batteries only. I finally found 1 and bought it from anciently. When it arrived it had a power cable. I have already got 3. I'm not buying another. I sent them a return address request and they haven't replied.

Zero star rating from me
If there was an option to not click, any stars I would’ve.
They told me my item was delivered on the 18th and yet they still send me tracking on the 21st.
Then their argument is that I need to check with my local post office. I did and the post office said they gave me the wrong tracking number and that the tracking number was delivered to another home about 5 miles from me. The post office has a photo of it being delivered somewhere else.
Needless to say, I put a hold on the payment with my credit card company, but please be aware of their shadiness
