They are SCAMMERS.

Ordered the doggy ball. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I actually never received the ball and because it showed ‘delivered’ as the status the company stated that it is up to me to file a claim with the post office. I will not ever order anything else from this company.

They deserve 0 stars but I had to give them 1...dog chewed toy up in about 2 minutes

Doggy disc ball is not worth buying. It doesnt do what they state. And is so flimsy my 1 year old very small pup destroyed it in 15 minutes. It cost me $44 Australian to get it. Very dissapointed

Please beware of this company. I purchased the eotary brush and leas than 2 months of using it it stopped working. I contacted the company, sent them a video as askiand they offered me $4 and to keep a broken brush. In the second email they offered me $6 or just to sell it to a friend. This company is a joke. I’m reporting them to the BBB.

This company has the worst shipping tracking information I have ever seen. I ordered the doggy ball and I had tracking info coming from Italy and China. The package shipping from China arrived yesterday after 15 days. This morning I get an email indicating that the package supposedly shipping from Italy arrived at US Customs yesterday. All this craziness after ordering one doggy ball. Never again.

I want to worn people not to deal with this company.
I ordered “THE 3 in 1 HOT HAIR STYLER “ and paid $87AU. I had to wait for couple of weeks for the product. When it arrived it did not work. I reported it to the company and sent all photos and videos that they asked for. They offered me compensation of $7USD.
Very bad and unprofessional.
Awoid them if you do not want to loose your money.

Do not purchase from this company. Not only is the item too small but it is not even the same item. And they changed me $21 more then price. Lastly, you can't return it.They try and give you money 5 to 9 dollar back to keep it. But tell you it's too expensive for you to send it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

First off I tried to cancel my order for a spin hair dryer within the hour of ordering it and they replied and said it was too late it had already shipped! I demanded a tracking number which I didnt get right away. Then i started getting emails about 3 days later saying it shipped out of Salt Lake City Utah and was on its way, 3 days later it was heading east. I live in Canada on the west coast. Every 3 days I got a phoney tracking update. The tracking number was not on any other tracking website, only the one in the email. I went back to my customer service chat I had the first day and saw a completely different tracking number was now there saying it was coming from china! This appeared to be a true tracking number, but no idea why they felt the need to send the phony emails every 3 days. I still continued to get the phone tracking updates every 3 days saying its in customs usa, 3 days later in customs canada, this went on and on. I received the hair dryer eventually about 4 weeks later but still got updates that it was on its way...what a bunch of scammers. The hair dryer worked for 10 mins then it wouldn't spin anymore. The whole reason I ordered it was for the spin brush option! Their website said if the item was used I could not return it. If I did return it I had to pay the shipping. I cut my losses but I am making DAMN sure I report them!

NEVER USE THEM. THEY LIE AND TAKES OVER A MONTH TO GET YOUR ITEM IF YOU GET YOUR ITEM. I HAVENT RECEIVED IT, THE SHIPPING STATED FAST. I GOT MY UGGS BOOTS FROM AUSTRALIA IN 5 DAYS BUT THIS IS SMALL AND OVER 30 DAYS SO FAR. I REQUESTED REFUND AFTER 2 WEEKS AND THEY JUST KEEP SAYING ITS ON ITS WAY. ITS BEEN AT LAX FOR 3 DAYS WHICH IS 5 HOURS AWAY FROM ME. WHERE IS MY ITEM I PAID $19 FOR. NEVER ORDER ON FACEBOOK ITS ALL CHINA AND FRAUD

I ordered the bouncy disc ball as a gift for Lucy, my sister’s Golden Retriever. They received it three weeks later and it takes a lot of pressure for the ball to bounce and isn’t performing like the one in the video. Sent an email to customer service and they have not responded to my complaint.
Buy it on Amazon for a lot less and they are customer friendly. Beware of this company!!!!! They take your money and do not respond to customers if there is a problem.

I placed an order on 7/7/24. The amount was charged to my credit card right away. Today is 7/21/24 and I have not received the item and have not received noticed of it having been shipped. I have tried to contact Ancienflow but as yet have not been successful. As of right now I cannot recommend this site.

They have horrible customer support- I received order, wrong product so I contacted them. After a lot of back and forth. They first offered $7 refund my next email was not so friendly and the final offer was $12 refund. I should have known better, the brushes were flimsy and I am afraid to even plug in. Lesson learned. Do not order 3 in1 hair product from Ancienflow

I never rec'd my order and I will make sure I advise everyone on my friend's list not to order from this company. I have order #, Trking #, and it keep telling to go back to. I really was looking forward to my purchase. I guess most people give up when their item doesn't arrive.

Absolutely worst eyeliner ive ever bought!!! They used the Thrive infinity makeup ad/video to sell a different product that I ended up throwing in garage since they REFUSE to refund and have BO SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!!

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY"

The product I received was not the "build your own car engine kit" that I had ordered, but a much smaller very badly made plaster molded image of an engine. It is a useless piece of junk that is very poorly painted. Definitely NOT what I paid for and NOT worth even a fraction of what I paid. A week later they charged me an $85 membership fee that I certainly did NOT authorize!! All attempts to remedy the situation failed. This is DEFINITELY a scam. I will avoid this company in future. I suggest you do the same.

I have been charged twice, same day, over two months ago and I cannot locate my package or even receive any help from the company for tracking. I am hoping this is a legit business but believe this is a scam. Can you help?
