Attempted to cancel order immediately after ordering. Initially credited account then recharged. Overstated tax ($9) on $19.99 charge. Steer clear of this company

If i could give a negative review I would. The sold me a "Smart Coaster 2.0" and took 3 months to deliver and it is just a coaster lights up when you put a glass. It is a counterfeit item with the Barsys logo on it. Could not get a refund, not possible to return. I hope they get shut down for being a horrible cheating business.

Their a fraud they will take your money and say they had too pay for a parcel shipment and try to give you way less for you order

Purchased a luggage strap in early December. Never received it. When asking about it they were rude and refused to resend or refund. Sent me a tracking number that didn't work and when I pointed that out they sent it again with information showing it was delivered. Not sure how they faked that, but they did.

Scam!! Ordered 12/6. Item to arrive before Christmas. It didnt. Has shown stuck at the last location since 1/4. Stated they were sending a replacement item on 1/9 and still no tracking info.

This company is a complete fraud. They will do nothing but steal your money. And then give you promise after promise about the product being on its way. Will not fulfill the order or refund request.

Ordered on the 6th of Dec, paid for expedited shipping. Still nothing. And it's 12/31. I have ordered from other countries, custom orders, and received within 2 weeks. If you look your item may be coming from Iceland, mine shows that. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company is a complete scam. I ordered mittens and paid an extra $12.99 for shipping to get it within 5 days to arrive on December 11th, in olenty of time for Christmas. It's now been 20 days, past Christmas, and the "tracking" says it just arrived at US customs. I politely asked for a refund of the extra shipping since it's not even close to the 5 days promised, and they flat out refused to refund me a dime, and are providing no help expediting or trying to make things right. I highly doubt the product will ever arrive. Please stay far away from this site/company so you dont get completely scammed like I did

I am in the USA and made a purchase back in September 2026. It was shipped out in a few days and all seemed well until I noticed that after a month it was still not delivered and the tracking info said it was stuck in transit. After this company confirmed the product was lost I suggested to either refund or send out a new item and either option would actually cost ME money. This is an unacceptable business practice. They refused to refund me completely or even ship out a new item at no cost. Totally ridiculous - don't waste your money here I'm pretty sure this company is fraudulent and a bunch of scam artists.

Ordred a cordless electrical wrench set, it arrived fallen apart and a manual wrench not electric, after multiple emails and pictures as required they offered me a $4 rebate from a $34 item. Won't be buying here again, can't even send as advertised products.
