The product selection is excellent and the pricing is very competitive. However, shipping could be faster.

I ordered a pair of pants from Kyayu. I paid at checkout. I have the proof of my charge with bank docs. They do not have my order, and the customer service responses have no content. It would be an easy fix if they would just contact me. If they can't fill my order, I will never recommend the company to anyone, and I will share my experience on every social media platform. Horrible Customer Service. That's what I get when I don't check reviews.

I went to hit the enter key to process my order and the company charged my account twice. I called my Wellsfargo bank and they froze my account!!!!
and thank God they declined processing this charge. Their webside is very sneeky!!!! Be aware!!!

I ordered a blazer they advertise on Facebook on Feb. 9, i received a email stating it was delivered, I've never received it. I have contacted them online with my complaint and i get the same A.I message saying it was delivered with a tracking number that i cant track.

Although it took a few weeks for our fleece jacket order to be delivered, the product was exactly as described and matched our order perfectly. The customer service was outstanding, with quick and helpful responses to all emails.

Received a yellow jacket instead of green. I tried to contact the company, their site does not allow for customer input.
There is no phone to call.

100% total scam!! they sent me the wrong size shirt and keep on telling me that the right size is in the mail
two months later no shirts!! I just gave my shirts to Goodwill hopefully somebody will appreciate them

Customer service is full of lies. Ordered a jacket in error. When I tried to cancel it 5 minutes later, they told me it had already shipped. Tried to return and no replies to my emails, just a message saying, "Your email has been replied, please kindly check it. If you have any further questions, please feel free to follow this ticket, we'll do our best to solve it for you." over and over again.

They sent me the wrong color jacket and expected me to pay for postage to get the right one sent, apart from how ridiculous that is they where very rude. Awful company

Ordered a combined level gauge and Lazer level, the part that arrived was digital level only no Lazer which is what was needed. No returns information or invoice in the package. Everything this company did was a stalling tactic to make you accept a smaller refund than the cost of the item purchased. 100% scam company stick to Temu.

Purchased pants online. Showed up several weeks later and the package had no return info and nothing in the package except pants. Sent an email to ask about returning or exchanges for a larger size. A day later I received a message that they were really busy and can not reply for a while. I’ve written two more emails and no response. Horrible service zero communication or zero information when delivered in packaging.

Rip-off no service, will not respond to exchange or refund wants $30 to ship ther crap back to China for an exchange

Real Scam, I received a blazer, black advertised on Instagram. Barely fit, Very poorly made. badly sewen together. Not wrinkle free at all, could not be more winkled, Even my ironing did not help much. It does not look at all like the product advertised. I bought also something else on Instagram and it was also a spam. Beware

I'm not saying their business is a SCAM but their customer service sure makes you feel like you've been taken.

I ordered 2, size large summer weight jackets through KYAKU. When the jackets came and although labeled (L) Large ,the jackets are more like Extra Small.

I contacted them, explained the problem and asked to a shipping label to send the jackets back.
All I've gotten is a run around and an offer to return $50 to me.

BUYER BEWARE!

Bait and switch! Scam. Bad/no return service.

Complete rip off. Save your money. Not as advertised. No inner pocket, lining or trim. Fabrics wrinkles like crazy. Polyester and some stretch material. No customer care. Worth about $10.00 Canadian. Complained about a week ago and still no response. Rip off. Aren’t you curious that there are only positive reviews????!
