Tried to cancel order minutes after placing (advised site was a scam) company stated already shipped. Charged 45% tax. Can’t believe company still in business

Just checked bank account. Accustomed to it returned all charges. They did the right thing

The item was delivered to an address far from me and they wanted me to drive an hour to that post office to see if I could find it. They are a big fraud!

This company is nothing but fraud. They sell cheap counterfeit imitations. I ordered Rifle Optics Kits from them that were clearly counterfeit. When I pressed about returning the items they basically refused. They wouldn't respond to emails. I also ordered items that were never delivered. It had tracking that never moved from the destinations here in the USA. I had to go through my credit card company to get refunded. Definitely do not buy from because it is a scam.

They took 4 weeks to deliver the wrong product. I ordered a specific brand of digital camera and they sent a cheap rip off version. They are now ignoring all my emails to their support. It’s a SCAM!

Ordered 3 Kabar knives. Never got them. They said they got to the city I live in but they can't tell me the address. So I'm out of the money. No product. I will never deal with them again. Last text I sent. No return.

NO REPLACEMENT, NO MONEY BACK.CAME FROM CALIFORNIA AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO CHINA. $50.67 DOWN THE DRAIN.THEY OFFERED ME $3 AND I GET TO KEEP IT.I OWN 2 ALREADY, DON'T NEED A 3RD ONE.PURE SCAM.DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Received totally different product as ordered. Paid $30 and received a $2-$3 product which wasn’t even remotely the same. Asked for a full refund or free return of product, but the first reply was they were willing to give me $4 compensation. After declining, their second offer was a $7 compensation. Declining again, there were no more replies. After reaching out again their response was, quote “We're so sorry for your dissatisfaction, but please kindly understand that we have tried our best to offer you all the best solutions.” Total scam if you ask me.

Ordered a knife as I do some camping thought get a good one saw the promo video great a load of rubbish turned up not what I ordered 48 dollars gutted

This package was originally posted as originating in Denmarkand when I inquired as to where my package was I was told that it was in transit after additional inquiry tracking number was changed to reflect the order was coming out of China then it posted as being in CAN,then in North Carolina,then in Dallas Tx before finally being delivered on 5/20/2025

Received my knife but I suspect it’s a counterfeit. Package allegedly came from Italy and I got updates saying things like it is going through Italian Customs, or it’s with or US shipping partners. The return address on the package was Riverside CA. Nothing said Italy. I received the knife in a timely manner. I am suspect due to the plastic bag it came in, not the clamshell plastic box, no literature at all. The knife is also very shiny and looks like it was dipped in nickel. The pictures on the Ka-Bar web site shows a very matted finish. The sheath I got looks nicer than the one on the Ka-Bar website. For what I paid ($18 + shipping) and for what I got, I am not upset.

It's been almost 2 months since I've ordered my knife. Watched the tracking from Italy to carson city here in the states. Not an update since. Dishonesty sucks. Should have just bought it off amazon for $20 more. Scam scam scam!

I ordered a mount for my husband's Z-fold phone and a month later I receive a cheap stainless steel BRACELET in a small plastic package instead of what I ordered. I pd $55 (including shipping & "tax" for a dollar store junk BRACELET. I'm working with PayPal to get it refunded due to FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SHADY SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered a phone holder, but once I received it, I noticed it won't work for my phone. I have tried to get a refund for 2 weeks now and all I'm getting is the update of the parcel status.
I have sent various emails and still waiting.
I would never buy from them again.
