I ordered a door decoder back in August of 2024 and was over charged. I paid 49.60 total and never received my item. The company refused to refund my money so I escalated it through PayPal and it's currently in dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Fake scam site uses fake courier as delay tactic to steal your money

I never received the product I ordered. Their tracking application indicates it went to the USA, I live in Australia

Ich habe im September ein Toolkit bestellt, das seit 2 Monaten nicht angekommen ist ... wird auch wohl nie ankommen!
Ich bekomme auf Rückfrage immer nur die Antwort: "wir haben den Transporteur um Statusupdate gebeten..."
Keine wirkliche Antwort auf meine Anfrage bzgl. Erstattung oder Neuversendung des Paketes, scheint ein Bot zu sein.

I ordered items from them almost 3 months ago. I’ve asked for a cancellation and refund4 times since they cannot track or tell me when the items will arrive. Everytime they respond with “please wait for the product to arrive”. Sounds like this is a website designed to scam you. I also feel that the positive reviews on this platform are false and most likely orchestrated by them. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED.

Do not use them, it is a scam

Don’t buy anything there, you will never get your shipment. If you send an email request to customer support team, you’ll get an answer from a bot. Just wasted money and time! Obviously scam!!

Would be zero stars if that was an option. Item was ordered in September and it had supposedly cleared customs weeks ago. Now with a delivery partner in Cambridge UK with an unrecognised postcode. They do reply to emails, but there is no substance or anything useful in the replies. Having googled the logistics company it seems I am not alone.

Do not buy from these guys - Fortunately I have been refunded by my bank, but don't take the risk.

This is an absolute joke. Parcel says it’s in the country(Aus). Can’t get the details of the internal courier company. I’m sure this company is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them.

Item ordered September the 7th arrived in the uk and cleared customs October 4th - still not delivered to me ! Now October 24th not more status updates and unable to tell me which courier is being used.

Waited 5 weeks, no customer service skills. Promised the parcel in "a few days" over a week ago and still nothing
Beware of these scammers

BE WARNED: They do not honor full refund or 100% customer satisfaction. Completely fraudulent advertising.

My order took 4 weeks to arrive. When got here it was total junk, not at all what was advertised. After continued negotiation they refused to let me return the item and gave me a 15% refund even though the item clearly states refundable / returnable / money back guarantee.

Do not fall for this companies lies. Their so called silver bars are magnetic. Complete fakes.

Company is offering 2023 American Eagle 1 oz silver proof for 20.00. The US Mint sells these for 80.00. Strongly suspect these are counterfeit. Suggest prospective buyers run a magnet over their purchase, if it sticks then its not silver. There are a number of sites offering similar deals (e.g. Vuexi) which I have bad experience with for succumbing to similar offer. Tried to post a warning review on accustomedt web site, and of course it was not posted and site advises "be the first to review".
