It took a while to receive my bag but I…

It took a while to receive my bag but I received it yesterday and I like my purple crosbody bag. I didn't used it though. Tomorrow I will transfer my things from my old bag to the new one. I'm sure it's a hansom bag. It's a pity that I can't use it as a backpack like the one I had but I knew that when I ordered this bag.

I cannot recommend this seller

I cannot recommend this seller. My order cost USD 16.43, but when it arrived in Belgium I was unexpectedly asked to pay more than EUR 21 in import VAT, customs and administrative fees—significantly more than the value of the item itself. I therefore refused delivery and requested a full refund. The seller refunded only USD 4.27 and repeatedly refused to refund the remaining balance, offering inconsistent explanations throughout our correspondence. At one point, they even suggested that I should contact the carrier to intercept a return shipment, despite this being part of their own shipping arrangement. Customer service was unhelpful and failed to provide a fair resolution. If you are ordering from the EU, be aware that additional import charges may apply and could exceed the value of your purchase.
