I had to return my purchase for a replacement size. The returns process on the website as a customer checking out as a guest wasn't as straight forward as it could have been and the initial email address did not work. However, once I found how to do this correctly the customer service has been great :)

I now own 5 corsets from them, and love them all. Did you know they offer a lifetime guarantee? I learned this when one of my steels poked through a seam on my favorite mesh cincher... sent them an email, and they were quick to look into solving my problem with a replacement.
Turns out they didn't have my size in stock, so they offered me a different one. I wanted to stick with a mesh underbust; they were understanding of my concerns about fit with my quirky measurements (they initially suggested a curvella, but I don't have much rib spring), and offered to send out an Artemis to replace my eve!
Mistakes happen, but I have huge respect for companies willing to own up to them and make amends.
They even have a place to subscribe to restocking updates in your size should they be out (I do still want to replace my favorite cincher), so I signed up to hear when that's back in stock.
I own two eve's (including my mesh one with its defect), two nina long-line overbusts, and one faith denim corset: all excellent quality. Looking forward to trying the Artemis now as well! Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! I had ordered 2 corsets and shortly after received an email that they were no longer selling one of them. However they were more than happy to send me whatever corset I wanted free of the difference. Extremely kind and easy, great costumer service

Bought a curvella long as I am quite tall, it was not really long enough. Have worn it about 3 times and the bones on the front busk snapped. Considering I paid £75 for this I was expecting something great. Have gotten better corsets on ebay for half the price. I would steer clear of this company they are a rip off and their product is rubbish.

So I ordered my first corset from these people about 4 months ago, and it was one of the best decisions I made! The corsets are wonderful: they feel great, look great, and work great.
The only problem I had was when there was damage to my corset: I sent a message to customer service, and they sent me a brand new corset, free of charge!!! I really couldn't ask for better

I stumbled across the website in error while searching for something on Google. Honestly, it has been the best internet mistake I've made in years.

I've never ordered a corset and was told it was a good article of clothing to have. I ordered the wrong size right out the gate and then turned around and ordered the correct one a week later. I assumed they wouldn't do an exchange since it was a form of lingerie in my eyes. Boy was I wrong. Not only did they take the 1st Corset back, they even exchanged it for a much smaller size for my daughter and sent it express. The Customer Service is top-notch and the communication all the way through my process was great. I'm truly a satisfied customer who will be purchasing more.

I didn’t realise how curvy I really am!

Initially I thought it was a defect in the corset, notified customer service (with proof of course) who immediately sent out a new corset.

I had the same issue again with the new corset. After doing more research I realised I needed an extra curved corset to accommodate my hips.

As a new corset wearer I was nervous to contact customer service for the 2nd time. But they were sooo helpful!

All my correspondence was with ‘Minnie’ who was so understanding and helpful!
(My new extra curved corset arrived in the post last night - I’m so excited to try it on!)

Phenomenal customer service! One of my corsets arrived damaged and when I emailed them they were quick to respond, polite and so helpful in replacing the corset. This company is a pleasure to work with.
Beyond the customer service I was amazed at the beauty and attention to detail in the corsets, especially my steampunk waist trainer (I adore all of the the little details, like the brass buckles on the front, that really make it stand out). Their corsets are soundly built and beautiful to look at, you can tell they are actually steel boned the moment you pick them up- ha ha ha. Their prices are competitive and honestly amazing for what you get.
I also really loved that their website takes the time to explain how yo properly season and care for your corsets. Truecorset really takes the time to make corset buying a delightful experience, from browsing, ordering, shipping and aftercare.
Would definitely recommend!

Easy exchange and return process and wonderful customer service!
I ordered a skirt based on the size chart and it was too small. I exchanged it for the next size up and as lovely as it was, it was too big. The return process was easy and Minnie was so helpful!
Overall, I am quite happy with not only the service, but absolutely love the corsets! Beautiful and well crafted! I ordered two to wear out and two training ones and just cannot pick one as my favorite!

Be wary of this website. Firstly their products are definitely not great quality especially considering the price. Their sizes are not true to actual size, and they do not have a size chart. I ordered quite an expensive bra a size bigger than I usually get and it was way too small for me. The only reason I risked ordering it, was because they promised a free return. Turns out the return is not free! They write that they pay for shipping costs for exchanges and refunds when you order products, and then once you go on their separate returns page it says that free shipping is only for exchanges, not returns. They should have made it much clearer that they do not pay shipping costs for returns. They make you pay for a tracked package, and the whole return process is a big confusing hassle. Would not recommend at all. Just feel like I've been ripped off.
