I contacted True Corset customer service in June for help selecting the correct sizes. I planned my wedding on a short time-line, wasn't sure what was going to arrive in time (including my dress), couldn't try things on in stores and am between sizes with a more-than-average difference between waist and hips. Minnie not only decoded my stressed-out and less-than-clear question, but also helped me take the right measurements and successfully select a few items (which arrived quickly and before my dress!) Thank you so much.

I bought corsets as part of a deal. Unfortunately they didn't fit in the bust (to do with cup size, not actual corset size). I contacted customer service and they got me sorted with an exchange very quickly - I'm now waiting to receive 2 under-bust corsets which should fit fine, for the same price as the deal I benefited from.

Outstanding customer service!!! Definately 5+ stars! The corset I ordered was PLAYGIRL ISABELLA PEACH 24 BONE WAIST TRAINING MESH CINCHER CORSET, the corset itself is beautiful, fits perfectly but unfortunately I would have to give it a 3 star rating because the mesh started ripping. I contacted customer service explaining my problem and without hesitation I was told I can exchange it for any other corset, but since they didn't have in stock the corsets i liked they immediately issued me a full refund (minus the shipping fee). I will definately order from True Corset again as soon as they have the corset I want back in stock.

Ordered a ribbon corset for the first time. The size ended up being too big. I was able to return item and exchange it for one that fit much better with no hassle. Customer service was very friendly and very helpful. Will purchase again from them.

The products offered are great, but:
- most of the items are out if stock most of the time, even though the producers on their respective websites show the items available for wholesellers
- one may subscribe to be informed when items are back for sale, but I never received such an email, even though some items were available again
- The store is available for multiple domains (es, de, lat, ...), even though the items seem to always be shipped from UK, which might become complicated with import fees. Interestingly enough the store variants show different number of items in stock.
- Each store variant has its own share of bugs. E.g. some links are not working, wrong currencies are shown, some do not show order history, one didnt even allow me to perform a checkout.
- There are 3 shipping methods: standard, signed courier and express signed courier. It is completely intransparant which parcel service is actually used unless tried.
- For Germany, items were delivered with Royal Mail and then GLS (which is in my opinion one of the worst parcel services in Germany. As a result, out of four items ordered so far, I only received 2: one after it has been resent by the seller using DHL, and one that I had to pick up at some GLS location a two hours walk away from my home. For the other items I didn't even get a tracking number before I reported the case to Paypal.
- Emails, as well as tickets created using the stores own ticketing system remain unanswered most of the time.

To me it seems the store is sp:ending more time on extending their website across multiple domains than actually running their core business.

Costumer service was so friendly and helpful. They dealt with my issues of some missing items quickly and refunded me the money for them. Also helped me with returning and getting new sizes for a few of my items.

I ordered a corset without contacting customer service for sizing. When received of course it was the wrong size. I contacted customer service and Minnie reached out to me within less than 24 hours. She guided me through the return process, sizing properly and recommendations on alternative corsets. This was all done through multiple emails that were answered in a very timely fashion. I am now waiting for my new corset. I would recommend this site to others.

I ordered 2 corsets and one had a minor mesh concern. After I emailed they were quick to return my emails and offered a full replacement. Not only am I thrilled with the product, but I'm only going to order from here because the customer service is amazing and I can trust them.

Ordering very easy , excellent delivery. Sadly I bought an item that did not fit. Minnie on customer service was proactive and helpful, keeping me cheerily updated on my return and refund and offering to help me source another item . I wish every online service provider could have a Minnie in their customer services department :)

Minnie was so helpful and nice! They had 1 item that i wanted out of stock and she emailed me and talked to me about it and what she recommended! I was not expecting that! They are so awesome and sweet. I will be getting my corset soon and i have a very good feeling i will love it! Customer service everywhere needs to be like this!! I cannot stress enough how wonderfully I was treated with my corset purchase. I needed to replace it as I ordered far larger a size than I needed. Amy responded to my return request by offering to consult with me on the correct size. I gave her my measurements, and she verified the best choice per her expert opinion. After I sent the tracking number once I shipped it, she responded with the replacement tracking number, and I was amazed! I truly expected to be required to wait until they received and processed my return before sending out my replacement. Everything about my interaction with them was above and beyond what I expected - thanks so much for the quality product and exceptional customer service!

I used to buy many corsets from this website. However, when I got the corsets they were ill-fitting and I had to exchange them many times in order to get corsets that fit right. I was very grateful that the woman who was dealing with me made sure that I got my corsets exchanged. However, when she ended up leaving, I ended up dealing with other people who were not as nice. I was told that I had exchanged my corsets too many times and it was made out to be my fault that I had to exchange my corsets so many times. Somehow it was my fault that the corsets were I'll fitting. If I bought overbusts in a size 22, they were way too small on the upper back but closed all the way in the bottom. If I bought them in a size 24, they fit in the upper back but were way too big in the bottom. I had to pay to send them back everytime. Then I got one that was defective. It was sideways. What was supposed to be the middle of the corset was on my breast and what was supposed to be the bottom middle of the corset was on the opposite hip. I had to fight with them for almost a month to get it exchanged, again paying to send it back. Then I was stupid enough to even think about buying from them again, until this time they said that there are no exchanges or returns because some of the items were sale items. I ended up going to a different corset website, corset story, that had just as good prices and sales, not to mention free exchanges, even on sale items. I ordered my corsets from corset story and got them. I bought some in size 22 and some in size 24. The size 22 fit like a glove. I had none of the problems with these corsets as what I had with the ones from true corset. Moreover, corset story sent a shipping company to pick up the two size 24s right from my door and it did not cost me anything. They sent out my new size 22s right away. Now, I know for sure that it was not my fault that the corsets did not fit right, it was not that there was something wrong with the way my body was proportioned. I know now that it is because the corsets are not proportioned properly. I spent so much money at true corset and I was made to feel like crap because I needed to exchange ill-fitting and defective corsets. I will never order from there again. The only thing that made truecorset worth buying from in the begining was a worker named Melissa, who was amazing and did everything she could to help the customers get what they paid for. Not that she is gone, I do not trust that the customer comes first. I still have corsets at home from truecorset that do not fit right that they would not let me exchange, even though I was the one paying $40 every time I had to send them back to them.

I messed up ordered for overnight delivery beyond the cut off time on a friday night. I emailed their customer service but honestly didnt think they would respond and fix my mistake first thing monday morning! it was effortless. superior customer service!

I ordered from their site, however in terms of quality, the design was not up to requirements and unfortunately, did not meet expectations.

False advertisement as well; the corset I ordered said it had steel boning, it was plastic.

When returning an item, you must submit a RMA which takes time to be approved. I had to pay for the return as well. Now after sending, three weeks have gone by and no response involving the arrival or refund process have been posted.

The costumer service did not respond when I called, a few times, multiple days continuously. Hopefully this will be resolved soon, but this is most regrettable, and sadly I do not recommend. I will not be buying from this site again.
