Great customer service, had an issue applying a voucher and they helped me immediately. The necklace is beautiful, really subtle and classy. The stones are chat and sparkly so I'm very pleased. Works highly recommend.

This was my second time buying from Tru Dimond’s. I spoke with Nuri and she helped with placing the order.(coincidentally Nuri helped me last year).
The order arrived safely and on time. My wife and I opened the package together and we were both so pleased with the ring, she tried it on and the the ring looked so beautiful on her finger. The second box contained a matching necklace and again it looked so beautiful around my wife’s neck.

Very good understanding customer service

I've been a customer for a number of years and have a decent collection, and also purchased as gifts. I've always had a great service, really fast delivery and easy return of a couple of items, due to unsuitability, never quality or size issues. When I've needed to communicate, answers have been prompt and queries dealt with patiently. The pieces themselves are beautiful and stay that way, when cared for appropriately. No issues with plating wearing or tarnishing.

Very impressed with the customer service, very quick to reply to emails and the life time warranty they offer is great. Lovely rings, definitely recommend

Bought a beautiful saphire pedant necklace for my wife on our 45th wedding anniversary. It is just stunning and my wife loves it. My only criticism is, the chain was too short for her and I had to order a longer chain which arrivedbvery promptly. I just wish the necklace could be ordered with the chain length I required.

Problems with the website displaying offer price which unfortunately didn’t transfer to basket price. Telephoned they day after and had to order over phone. Operator wasn’t 100% convinced by what I was saying but authorised the order anyway. I did notice a few days later that the jewellery I had ordered was now coming up on offer price.
The jewellery ( earrings) are absolutely stunning and I am delighted with them.

I had a problem with one of the rings that I bought a few months ago, I spoke to a lady who told me to return it for which I did and a couple of weeks later I received a brand new ring. So well done TruDiamond

I purchased a ring I didn't like and after a rather unhappy experience had a call from Orene who went above and beyond to arrange a replacement for me. She talked me through the options and sent the replacement in double quick time. I am very pleased with the replacement and it will serve as a stand in for my engagement ring until I am able to get that remodelled. I can't praise and thank Orene enough and TruDiamonds should hold on to such a wonderful employee!
