Had to cancel an order
Had to cancel an order, and the refund, and email confirmation was done on the same day. This is extremely rare in this day and age of constant chasing to get a refund. Excellent service. Will definitely purchase again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
Okay so to be honest I am a bit of a TruDiamonds fan!!!! sadly I can't always afford the things I want but I will wait till they're on sale and then I will buy them.
Recently I have bought the princess Diana/Kate Ring, I bought the Queen Camilla ring (although I didn't realise it was styled on her engagement ring initially) and I bought The oval cut eternity ring which looks simply amazing it just sparkles and so beautiful and it's a big statement piece too!
I have also bought a ring for my husband for his birthday a gold ring with a two carat stone and have been more than happy with all of the pieces I've received the workmanship the quality the craftsmanship the sales the after-care team, everybody has been remarkably brilliant, super helpful and I would 100% recommend this company and I will keep using them too!

THESE ARE SIMULATED LAB DIAMONDS! NOT GENUINE LAB DIAMONDS! SO CUBIC ZIRCONIA!
People need to read the information more clearly as I’ve seen so many TOO MANY people referring to tru diamonds as lab diamonds. They are SIMULATED!!!!! Lab diamonds not actually lab diamonds! So they are nothing more than cubic zirconia! Cubic zirconia if you research it looses its lustre over time. Plus you can buy cubic zirconia ANYWHERE cheaper than these pieces of overpriced tat! I buy GENUINE lab diamonds from tjc prices starting at around £40!!!
That’s for genuine lab diamonds not simulated lab diamonds. This company have been very sneaky and clever with words! Making people think these ‘diamonds’ are something they aren’t. It even fooled me for a minute! Wise up people this is a scam!

When we introduced Tru-Diamonds™ jewellery back in 2005 our mission was to give jewellery lovers the look and allure of expensive diamond jewellery at prices that are easy to afford. We wanted them to be able to show off jewellery that everybody would immediately assume is expensive diamond jewellery.
To this end, we sourced the best lab-grown simulated diamonds available and created the brand Tru-Diamonds™. We started with a small “niche” following and this has grown over the years to where we now have a very large customer community spanning the globe.
We’ve also learned over time that our customers are not only people who can’t afford diamonds. Indeed, many wealthy people and celebrities wear our jewellery for reasons of security and sustainability. ChatGPT reports that producing a carat of lab-grown diamond uses 200 to 300 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy whilst producing Tru-Diamonds™ gems requires 60 – 70% less.
Lab-grown natural diamonds entered the jewellery market around 2010 and, although they are less expensive than mined gems, they are still far more costly than Tru-Diamonds™
Here’s a list of comparative prices, researched for us by ChatGPT:
Mined Diamonds: $2,000 to $25,000+ per carat
Lab-Grown Diamonds: $800 to $3,000 per carat
Moissanite: $300 to $600 per carat
Tru-Diamonds: $50 to $100 per carat
Cubic Zirconia (CZ): Under $50 per carat
The reality is that markets exist for all of these gems. Some people are willing to pay the price for a mined diamond, whereas others will opt for one of the lab-grown alternatives.
The number of people who are choosing Tru-Diamonds™ is growing exponentially so, it’s not in our interest if people confuse our gems with ordinary lab-grown diamonds as these stones do not offer the consumer any real value-benefit – certainly not in the way Tru-Diamonds™ do.
To avoid confusion, we state clearly that that Tru-Diamonds™ are simulated lab-grown diamonds on every single one of the 550 product pages on our website. Furthermore, on the “About Us” page and the FAQ’s we elaborate on what they are how they are grown.
We understand why some people may be prepared to pay an exorbitant premium for top-grade mined diamonds if they want something that is produced by nature and has an element of rarity. But why pay a premium for ordinary lab-grown diamond jewellery when you can show off Tru-Diamonds™ at a fraction of the price …and nobody will know.
Also, our jewellery pieces are set in high-quality hand-finished mountings that are finished in 18 ct. yellow Gold or .950 Platinum generously clad over a solid core of Sterling Silver. That’s how we’re able to give jewellery lovers the authentic look of fine diamond jewellery at such low prices.
Your inference that Tru-Diamonds™ gems may lose their lustre over time is completely erroneous. This is no more likely than it would be with mined or lab-grown diamonds, however, we are so confident in the quality of our gems that we provide a Lifetime Replacement Warranty which covers loss, damage or discolouration from any cause whatsoever. No mined or lab-grown diamond retailer we know of can match this comprehensive warranty.
Finally, your assertion that you purchase lab-grown diamonds from tjc for as little as £40 is simply not true. We have searched the tjc website and cannot find lab-grown diamond jewellery at prices anywhere near that figure. The prices of their lab-grown jewellery is more in line with the pricing indicated in the comparison list provided by ChatGPT. We did, however, notice that they also sell a variety of cheap cubic zirconia jewellery and perhaps that is what you confused with lab-grown diamonds.

I ordered two rings 9 days ago and they haven’t even shipped my items or even sent me an update. The rings are paid for and the status on the web is still unfulfilled. I am really disappointed and will never order anything from this site again. Not to be trusted and think again if you are interested in buying from them.
Update, after solving the issue I can highly recommend TruDiamonds Thank you for reaching ot and helping me out.

I love TruDiamonds jewellery because their products are ethically produced as opposed to mined, which means I can afford to flash a diamond that has not cost me the earth. Their stones really sparkle I would imagine like the 'real' thing, but I am sometimes complemented when I wear a jewellery piece by TruDiamonds. My daughter married late last year and finances were tight but she wanted a nice engagement ring, and she was able to find what she wanted from purchasing a TruDiamonds engagement ring. I will continue to buy from this company.

Lab Diamond gets scratched and scuffed
Right was lovely at first, but now that I've had it for two years it is clear that the lab-grown diamond isn't durable. A scratch appeared across the front facet about six months ago, and now I've notice that the edges of cut are starting to look scuffed. Shame, as this was a replacement for my lost engagement ring.

Fabulous rings and excellent company
I ordered two rings which have just arrived and are gorgeous. They didn't have either of the rings I wanted in stock in my size, so I was prepared for the 14-21 days wait as stated on the website. I did message them, and they replied straightaway. Anyway I ordered them on the Sunday, and messaged them and confirmed order (and delay on the Monday) - and they arrived 2 days later. What a wonderful early unexpected surprise - I can now wear them on holiday next week.

My postman has just delivered my new ring ( Princess Beatrice's engagement ring), i have been looking at it for sometime and its stunning there is nothing wrong its just perfact.

Orene is the most helpful service manager I have dealt with. It doesn’t matter how busy she is always has time to do the business and have a chat if I have a problem it is soon put right no fuss and they trust there customers.

Truest of diamonds
I’ve been wanting a new engagement ring as my previous one went missing. I found a suggestion on Facebook, at first I was a little sceptical about suggestions due to previous experiences.
I had a look on the website for a ring that I could wear for years to come, I seen a few that I liked.
I found about 5 that ticked the boxes but not 5/5, waited a bit longer and found my dream ring.
The ‘Grace Kelly’ ring certainly ticked them boxes for me, I had 2 rings because I paid £1 more and had £50 off.
It took 2 weeks for it to come back, I had emails to keep me informed of the ring and when it would be delivered.
I opened the box, absolutely stunning rings, the quality is second to none.
Really pleased with them
