Still waiting for my order, didn't take this long for my engagement ring 😒 good job I am not getting married until next year. Might have it by then, don't know what takes them so long. Also the sizings are alot smaller than I thought. Tru diamonds have contacted me today to say that they have looked into my query and have found that Royal Mail have actually delivered the parcel on the 15th July, however they did not inform me in any way that this had been done. Tru diamonds have been very helpful regarding this and took the time out to contact me personally. My query has been resolved quickly and professionally.

The ring is beautiful but it’s a bit bigger fitting and slips off to easily. Delivery was spot on.

I ordered from Portugal & I´m so happy I was not asked to pay (additional) custom/import fee. I actually delayed ordering from tru diamond because of this concern but I might start ordering for more. My bracelet is so beautiful, too!
