First class service the tour director was very knowledgeable about the area every thing ran smoothly. Hotel staff friendly and helpful absolutely fantastic experience this was our third holiday with Travelsphere and would definitely book another trip

Underwhelmed by this company!

Not a great start, late taking off, after a 4am get up, a chocolate bar for breakfast and you had to pay for a cup of tea! I think they thought the plane was full of 5 year olds.
If we had paid a cheap price to a holiday company or airline, but, not this.
Arriving in Verona we were told we had to wait for another 30 to 40 minutes for another flight which had not landed to join us, go and have coffee and breakfast.
Then, the coach broke down with faulty brakes.
As soon as we ordered, our guide said come now we are going, we waited another 15 minutes some left their food others had not ordered, confusion and disorganisation, there must be a better way. Is this the first time in Italy for Travelsphere, we are now in a depressing old and tired room with the window facing an even older brick wall.
By this time we had not eaten for 18 hours!
We woke up in the middle of the night room was 26c 75% humidity no air con spent ages trying to get it to work only to find hotel had turned it all off and staff needed the managers permission to turn on again!
Even Budget Hotels have AC.
This is not the Duty of Care and Best Practice of an experienced travel company.
Now the driver parked between a road sign and bollard and got stuck for 30 minutes, it took several members of the public and drivers in both directions to completely stop the traffic in order for him to make mutiple manovers to get back onto the road!
In 30 years of international travel i have not experienced anything like it!
Ive just sat on the bed and a hard protruding something has stuck into me from under the base fitted sheet, on stripping the bed, it was a piece of plastic someone had left behind!
27 euros if you want use their own swimming pool as a guest of the hotel!
We are now going for a walk to see if we can get a better hotel, nothing can be worse.

Fabulous Baltic Explorer…
Fabulous way to make new friends and see different countries with like minded people. The tour manager Jenny and our driver Moris were both very happy and enthusiastic about where they were taking us and very helpful

Great tour manager, plenty to see & do , great group , had a laugh & thoroughly enjoyed the tour, maybe consider those less mobile when walking as I found it ok but older people may struggle a bit

The holiday was great in spite of the airline
The holiday was great, but it could have been ruined. Our flight from Heathrow was cancelled by BA so we spent the first day and night at Heathrow. Our return flight from Milan was cancelled by BA so we had another night's delay.
However, our tour manager, Debbie was superb. She was calm, organised and professional and made sure we were well catered for and that the holiday went ahead successfully. Hotel was good (although the food was mediocre). Some of the tours had too much travel for too little visit.

The itinerary was perfect for us. Karina was wonderful. Her expert knowledge enhanced every visit and her understated but effective organisation made everything work like clockwork. Karina's local knowledge meant that refreshment and lunch stops worked perfectly. The hotel was comfortable, well run with great views and helpful staff.

The actual National Parks were fantastic.
The actual holiday sites was fantastic, but the hotels, which are described as being 'hand picked' and 'great quality hotels', was basically a lie!! Most of the hotels were 2* & 3*, and we're on the outskirts of the towns which made it very difficult getting dinner, as the hotels didn't have a restaurant to eat.
Also we were placed with an inadequate tour guide who barely left the coach, apart from visits to Walmarts, which again is another story!
We have complained to Travelsphere about everything but was offered a measly amount compensation, less than 5% of the total cost of the holiday!

Croatia Island Hopping Yacht Cruise
We did an island hopping cruise to Croatia - every aspect of the holiday was outstanding. The tour guide , staff on the yacht, food was fantastic. Our first time to Croatia, a beautiful country & lovely people . Would definitely recommend this trip .

Excellent tour manager who made the holiday. A great blend of coach train and ferry travel. Great to stay in superb locations alongside the fjords. Oslo and Bergen provided a real contrast

Good coaches to our designated locations.
Lovely hotel, nice staff and clean rooms.
Food plentiful although some dishes which should have been hot were lukewarm.
