Travelsphere Recenzje

We’ve just spent 18 days visiting 4 (and for some of us 5) South American countries. The company's attention to detail in planning the itinerary so we could experience the very best that these countries had to offer was flawless. The most important ingredient in making it the trip of a lifetime was, without question, our experienced and caring tour director. He handled every situation with a professional expertise and conscientiousness that ensured that we could all relax and simply enjoy our time.

Our “Latin Wonders of the World” holiday was truly unforgettable, featuring an incredible itinerary packed with iconic highlights such as Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, Iguazú Falls, Christ the Redeemer, and Sugarloaf Mountain. Each destination was breathtaking and made the journey feel like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The tour itself was very full, with a busy schedule that left limited free time—but this also meant we were able to see and experience an impressive amount in a relatively short period. While a few of the hotels felt slightly below the usual Travelsphere standard, this did not detract significantly from the overall experience.

The group size was larger than we would have preferred; however, it was handled exceptionally well by our outstanding Tour Director, Joseph. His organisation, professionalism, and calm approach ensured everything ran smoothly despite the challenges of managing such a large group.

Joseph truly went above and beyond throughout the trip. Each day, he kept us thoroughly informed about upcoming plans, travel requirements, safety considerations, and even suggestions for making the most of our limited free time. His dedication was especially evident when we missed our connecting flight to Heathrow. Although he was officially off duty, he took it upon himself to ensure every member of the group was taken care of—organising hotel accommodation, transport, and rebooked boarding passes. His commitment and care were nothing short of exceptional.

Despite the size of the group, we were fortunate to travel with a wonderful group of people. There was a real sense of camaraderie, with everyone supporting one another—particularly during the unexpected challenges at the end of the trip.

Ultimately, what made this holiday truly special was Joseph. His passion, dedication, and tireless efforts elevated the entire experience. Quite simply, he is the best Tour Director we could have hoped for.

Thank you, Joe—you are amazing!

The South American tour with Travelsphere through Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and ending in Brazil was a truly marvellous tour. The journey was filled with incredible sights, wonderful people, and unforgettable experiences. The warmth of the local communities and the richness of the culture made every destination special. From breathtaking landscapes to vibrant cities, it was an outstanding trip and a memorable experience from beginning to end.
Our tour guide Joe played a major role in making this South American tour such a memorable and rewarding experience. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to his guests set a very high standard for tour guiding.

This was an amazing Travelsphere trip covering 5 South American countries. We experienced different cultures, scenery, currency and climates. There were many highlight including visits to Macchu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, La Paz and Moon Valley, Argentinian Tango accompanied by a traditional meal (fab steak!), Christ the Redeemer, a stay on Copacabana beach in Rio and a day visit to the lovely Uruaguay. Our tour was led by the incredible tour director Joseph Pimentel. Ours was a big group (34) and his organisation was impeccable. Joseph ensured that we were fully briefed each day about the next day - times to meet, footwear and clothing (eg rain jacket) to wear, whether to take mosquito repellent / sun cream etc and any other particular details for the day eg : if passports were needed, how to obtain local currency etc. This was done in a clear, concise written way. There were several flights and he ensured we all had boarding passes and were confident about all details of flights. He always ensured the whole group were present when necessary and counted us frequently. He always went the extra mile and ensured that personal queries were fully dealt with providing unlimited support. Eg: he accompanied a member of the party to the doctors and ensured she purchased the correct medication. Joseph was always calm, cheerful, respectful, efficient, positive and efficient. It was evident that a positive experience for all members of the party was paramount to Joseph. He took pains to get to know everyone well. His commitment was clearly demonstrated after he had fulfilled all the requirements as leader of the tour. Our flight from Rio to San Paulo had to be diverted and delayed because of bad weather and as a consequence we missed the connection flight to Heathrow. Luckily Joseph was on the same flight on his way home. He went above and beyond in liaising with airport staff very late at night to ensure we all had accommodation with hotel, food and taxi vouchers as well as revised flight bookings. He has also enquired as to whether all the party eventually got home. This was my 20th holiday with Travelsphere or Just You and I can honestly say he has been the very best tour director especially with the leadership of such a large, diverse group. I hope he gets to manage many more groups for your company in the future. A wonderful holiday , group and travel director. Thank you.

Our journey around South America was fantastic - our visits to iconic sites were very well organised and seamless. The hotels and transport were always high quality. I have nothing but the highest praise for our Tour Director Joseph, who was kind, patient, always very helpful, very well organised and delivered over and above especially when our flights were diverted, ensuring that everyone on the trip was sorted even though he also had a flight to catch. He is an absolute asset to Travel sphere and deserves 5 stars.

Recent tour to Latin America with Travelsphere. Overall experience was excellent.
The itenary at the beginning of the tour was gruelling but got to see many places. Good experience in Lima, Cusco, Puno, La Paz, Iguaçú, Buenos Aires and finally Rio.
Overall accommodation was good and breakfast inclusive was excellent in some hotels that we stayed in.
Most importantly for the tour to be successful is dependent on the tour director. We were fortunate to have a top notch guide- Joseph Pimental. He provided us with good guidance and leadership. The group itself got on well with each other and very supportive to each other. Joseph was able to maintain cohesiveness within the group. Joseph was compassionate, an excellent communicator, inclusive of the tour group with decision making when ever he can, knowledgeable in the places he has guided us to, supportive to the less able in negotiating some difficult areas of the tour and he provided such excellent leadership when our flight left without the team due to delay from flight congestion. He dealt the situations in a calm approach manner. He went beyond his role, staying at the airport to sort out transport, accommodation and onwards flight home before boarding his own flight for home. We are truly thankful and grateful to Joseph. Travelsphere should be proud to have him on their team.

If the review was purely for Joseph, our amazing guide for the Travelsphere Latin Wonders of the World dep. 24/2/26, then my score would definitely be 5 star. I have not been on many organised tours but Joseph was considerably better than any other Tour Director I have experienced and I think will be extremely hard to beat on any future tours. Fantastic organisation, great communicator, genuinely interested in all passengers, all wrapped with a very friendly manner and great sense of humour. The icing on the cake was when Joseph went above the call of duty when we all missed our final flight connection to come home. The 4/5 for the tour itself is down to a few improvements which I think Travelsphere could implement to make this tour even better, which my wife and I will feedback to them separately. All in all an excellent introduction to South America with some amazing highlights never to be forgotten.

The tour visited some amazing places in South America. The standard of accommodation was excellent although some of the hotels were a little isolated. What made the holiday a success was our tour guide Joseph who was thorough in every thing he did. He was knowledgable, had a good sense of humour, articulate, very accommodating
The trip would not have been the same without him.

Excellent planning of itinerary.
If a little fullon for the older customers who are most likely to be able to book this sort of tour.

Comprehensive tour, good value for money. Sorted out the return journey home and covered the additional costs due to the Gulf war, can be relied upon in unexpected circumstances.

Just returned from a new Travelsphere holiday ‘Incredible India & Nepal’. Fabulous itinerary and stayed in very good hotels and lodges. The local Indian and Nepalese holiday directors were amazing as were our minibus drivers who skilfully got us through the sometimes very challenging road conditions 😯

We were well looked after and the guide was excellent. My needs and the dream holiday was met well!!

We had a really good guide it made a world of difference.

Combining Vietnam and Cambodia is the ultimate Southeast Asian 'power couple' trip. One offers a dizzying, sensory-rich journey through diverse landscapes and world-class food, while the other provides a soul-stirring encounter with ancient history and resilient spirit.
Our tour guide Dara was simply the best!

Amazing trip. Everything was wonderful! We saw so much and everything very well organised… can’t wait for my next adventure! Will stick with Travelspere as now tried and tested !

We had a fantastic time seeing some of the highlights of Vietnam & Cambodia made special by our tour guide Dara who was so much fun, helpful and knowledgeable about both countries in which all daily events where amazing - a brilliant package and VFM.

The tour was well-planned and balanced with several highlights including a memorable and heartwarming evening, cooking with Street Kids. The group size of 18 was great, allowing us to mix and meet many lively and like-minded travellers but remaining easy on the logistics. The main reason this trip was elevated to magical was the gentle guidance by the professional yet kind and caring Tour Director Dara. Thank you!

The holiday was great and the holiday director was lovely, friendly and organised. The hotel was not great at all and quite frankly I am amazed they use it.

A wonderful company to experience a guided tour with. Everything was meticullously planned and exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. We saw so much more of India than we would have managed ourselves. Our tour guide Gaj was superb and gave excellent information. The Delhi Street Kid visit was excellent. The various palaces in Jaipur and Mysore were spectacular as was the Taj mahal, even through the mist. I want to do it all again!

Our guide Gaj was excellent.
In call 24/7 he showed us the splendor of India with knowledge & humor.
A lot to see that could have done with having the pace slowed down a bit.
